A casa é agradável e muito bem localizada. Só deixaram a desejar os utensílios de cozinha (as panelas não estão em bom estado) e o microondas que precisa ser substituído, pois está descascando na parte Interna. Por outro lado, o proprietário foi extremamente atencioso e respondeu com rapidez as mensagens que enviei para tirar algumas dúvidas.

Casa fantástica, aconchega facilmente 14 pessoas, fomos em 11 e sobrou bastante espaço, cozinha totalmente equipada, todos os quartos aconchegantes com os ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, banheiros limpos e espaçosos! Descrição do proprietário é fiel ao oferecido. Proprietário de total confiança, atencioso e sempre que preciso respondeu a todas as duvidas! Condomínio seguro e praia a menos de 100 metros da casa! Nas cidade vizinhas tem mercados grandes. Vale muito a pena! Unica coisa que acrescentaria seria internet wi-fi.
