Inverness 316 right on the Comal River! Schlitterbahn!! Pool & river access!

2/1 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: King. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Beautiful remodeled 2/1 condo at Inverness Condominiums that overlooks the Comal River in New Braunfels, Texas. Covered paring, elevator and it is on the top floor so you will not hear anyone above you. It has a stack-able washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen , pots, pans, linens and everything you need for a family get a way or romantic weekend. The complex has a swimming pool, direct river access, dedicated parking and outdoor grills. There is a large wooden deck that overlooks the grounds and many tables for socializing.

This condo is across the street from Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, just contact Rockin' R shop located only .5 miles away for reservations.

You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and there is an elevator for easy access. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Treetop Life is awesome!

I loved the deck more than I can describe. It feels like you live in the treetops. The view is amazing. Very clean modern condo. Close to Schlitterbahn and a great float in the comal from the site to the last public exit which is a short walk back to the property. Next time we are in NB we will stay here.

Inverness Bliss

My wife and I were visiting New Braunfels for a ‘home base’ to San Antonio and the ‘hill country’. The condo and property were excellent and very quiet! It was a little early in the season for the ‘River Rats’, but there were a few noisy people around during early evening. Not much to complain about though. We also lucked out and timing was perfect for the ‘annual’, Saenger Fest in downtown NB! Don’t miss the Krause Cafe for some great German food & drink! The weather was perfect! Lots of friendly folks in town! Look forward to our next visit!!

Zip line and Roller Coaster were a blast. Condo had everything we needed and was immaculate. Not complaining, but if you don’t like a hard bed, bring a mattress topper. Pool was nice and security was great. Will definitely be back and stay here again. Check in/out was a breeze too. But if you have a large vehicle, you’ll have to park in your guest spot...thankfully you get 2 spots. And mgmt is very responsive/helpful w/questions.

With an awesome view of the blue water, a pristine swimming pool directly next to the river, and a clean and organized cozy vibe, we were obsessed!!! The accommodations were second to none! We will definitely be visiting again!!
