The best hiking trails in your backyard , a magical 9-hole public golf course down the street and 6 minutes from town. Lots of decks, outdoor dining and a lovely view of the valley. A mudroom, a gas fireplace and cantina doors open out to a deck. Open kitchen with a big granite island, gas fireplace and doors that open to a blue stone courtyard. A separate office with extra sleeping quarters. A stylish full bathroom with a rain head shower. Second floor has a laundry room, two spacious bedrooms with full beds and expansive master bedroom. A extra large master bath with a free standing bath tub, bidet toilet room, marble huge shower with multiple shower heads A hot tub is off the master bedroom . Heated, oak, wide- plank , heated floors. There is a full third floor au pair suite with a kitchenette, full bath, a private deck and separate entrance. Dead end street w/ample street parking. Stocked with a picnic blanket, towels and beach chairs.
