This home is located right off 249 HWY on 7th St in Joplin, MO. It's a perfect location, close to many restaurants on rangeline, stores to shop at and it’s on old Route 66! It has 3 bedrooms with queen mattresses, desk,chest of drawers & tv. The living room has a big tv,comfortable couch and chair in it. With the kitchen having everything you need to cook with!

The space has been updated with new furniture in it and all the amenities you would need! It's a large home with a huge backyard.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen which has brand new cabinets, refrigerator & stove, living room, dining room, washer & dryer, and garage.

Nice & clean home

Nice & clean home. You might consider one more comfy chair in living room as there was 5 of us & a little cramped when relaxing. We enjoyed this house for MSSU graduation weekend. 👍👍

Bad Christmas

We booked this house for Christmas with our family. I had to reach out to the host when she failed to send the code to get in the house. Host failed to tell the old lockbox was tricky to open until we called her. We still couldn’t open and when we called she wasn’t very helpful and sent her mom over to open it. The mother agreed that a upgrade to the lockbox was needed. The house wasn’t as clean as we normally experience with VRBO's. There were crumbs under the dining table, mildew in the showers and stains on the couch. Paying a cleaning fee you expect the house to be clean. They asked that the beds be stripped before leaving. We had to go buy toilet paper as there was not extra rolls in the house and we ran out. This property only sleeps 6 to 7 people if the seventh person sleeps on the couch. It is obvious that this is the host first time hosting a VRBO. She needs to make numerous upgrades to this property and work on her customer service / communication skills. Although the location was convenient for our needs, we will not book with this host again. It was overall a bad Christmas experience.
