As a local mom of three and finance professional turned short-term rental host, I chose this spot because it’s one of the safest, quietest areas around—perfect for guests seeking a calm home base away from the hustle. Nestled on the outskirts near Webb City, it’s conveniently close to Missouri Southern State University (just a short drive or even walkable for some spots), yet far enough to enjoy serene, tree-lined streets and true neighborhood tranquility. Whether you’re visiting MSSU, traveling Route 66, or just needing a relaxing stay, you’ll love the privacy of the large fenced yard, spacious deck, and welcoming feel that makes it feel like home.
