Elk Ridge Village Cabins are located on 17 beautiful, wooded acres, in Lakeside Montana, with views of Flathead Lake and the Swan and Mission Mountain. We are only 50 miles from Glacier National Park, but there is plenty of exploring, hiking, kayaking, dining, skiing and MORE to be done!
There is plenty to do during your stay and lots to explore around Lakeside, Montana! Whether you’re looking for scenery, adventure, or relaxation, you’ll be able to find it all within a short distance to your cabin. Some of our favorite places to recommend include…
• Glacier National Park: You must have an Entry Reservation Ticket to enter the park. You can get them www.recreation.gov
• Volunteer Park (minutes away!); Wonderful place to have a picnic and spend the day at the beach. Flathead Lake access, swim docks, boat dock, canoe & bicycle racks and restrooms.
• National Bison Range, 73 miles away in Charlo, MT; The National Bison Range is a nature reserve on the Flathead Indian Reservation in western Montana established as a wildlife conservation area for the American Bison
• Blacktail Mountain Ski Area; Boasting an incredible view overlooking the Flathead Valley, this local ski area is open for downhill skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. Closed in the off season.

The studio cabin was perfect for our 2-day stay near Flathead Lake. Comfortable bed, clean, everything we needed was there. Great location with a wonderful view of the lake from the deck. We would definitely recommend.

The cabin was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Check-in was easy, great communication by the host. Comfy bed and pillows, and the electric grill was great for making easy dinners! The only thing we missed was a laundry facility, but we visited the Tumble laundromat in Kalispell and it was wonderful. The Lakeside area was lovely, we took a boat tour on Flathead Lake, rode the Alpine Coaster, and spent several days up in Glacier (it’s about an hour drive to GNP). There are lots of coffee places, a farmers market on Saturdays, and easy access to the lake at Volunteer Park.

Great Location

Wonderful dwelling. It’s grand spanking new. The check in process and listing location needs to be more specific and dialed in. The bugs need to be worked out. I would highly recommend for the location to Lakeside and customer service provided by Sheila. Thank you!

Here at Elk Ridge Village, we love to provide a “home away from home” for our guests. Our custom-made cabins were outfitted to make the perfect place to kick back and relax while exploring Northwest Montana. We feel lucky to live in this beautiful part of the world and to host guests new and returning for their Montana vacation; we don’t take our blessings lightly.

Lakeside offers several restaurants, bars, a grocery store, post office and pharmacy.

This area is famous for entertaining tourists who come to visit the Flathead area and Glacier National Park. The Lakeside-Somers communities line the shores of Flathead Lake for a span of 15 miles along U.S. Highway 93, some two hours north of Missoula and 15 minutes south of the regional shopping area of Kalispell. We are so glad you decided to stay with us.
