1. Is the pool heated?
Our pool is not heated, which is typical for the area. It’s perfect for refreshing dips during warm beach days.

2. Do you provide towels, beach gear, and supplies?
Yes!
Plenty of bath and beach towels for up to 16 guests
Beach chairs for use around the house (not pre-set on the beach)
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, Keurig cups, and coffee filters
A fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and bakeware
☕ Coffee bar includes: Keurig, Nespresso, and drip coffee maker, with enough for everyone’s first cup!

3. How close is the beach?
Just a 3-minute walk—about 400 feet to direct beach access.

4. What is the security deposit for?
The $500 security deposit is not a charge, just a temporary hold—similar to a hotel.
It’s held to cover any potential damages and is automatically released 3 days after checkout, as long as there are no issues during your stay. Your peace of mind is important to us!

🐕 PET POLICY
Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
Must be crate-trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles

📝 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $500 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)
