Luxury Amelia Island 2 BR / 2 Bath Condo Overlooking Pool


Amelia Landings has impeccably maintained beautiful tree filled grounds just minutes away from downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo is just a few minutes’ walk along a private boardwalk to 1st Ave and a public access to the beach. There is a pool side naturalistic picnic area for family and friends to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The pool includes a shower and bathroom, new lounge chairs and several umbrella covered tables with seating. The green & red surfaced tennis court is a short distance beyond the pool. This unit is very nicely furnished and well maintained. It is located on the second floor of a 3 story building. (It is not handicap accessible as there are No Ramps or Elevators on premises.)

Amelia Landings is a pet-free community (No pets allowed). We do not allow smoking either on the balcony or indoors.

We had a great stay! Condo provides plenty of space for a small family. Well stocked with basic necessities, kitchen supplies, linen/pillows, and some beach supplies. Pretty easy 10-15 min walk to beach along the sidewalk. Check-in process seamless and ran into no issues. The pool code received must have been old but the updated one was posted on the fridge. Large balcony with tables/chairs overlooks the big very warm pool. Never felt crowded at beach nor pool, had the pool to ourselves a few times. Overall great place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was very comfortable, and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. It was well equipped for simple cooking, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and trees while reading, talking, or just relaxing.

had a great stay! This place was super clean!! There is a sliding glass door in the living room and dining room where you can see the pool and a lot of woods. A great place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine! I had a question and the host was very quick to respond.

I enjoy outdoor sports spending time there with my girlfriend Karen and my twins. We love to go fishing at the pond on site. We love to ride our bikes through all the paths Amelia has to offer. I recommend you get out and explore all of Amelia you can. You will always want to return to our oasis at the beach. I live at Jacksonville Beach, Florida. It is just 3 blocks from the beach . But Amelia Island is the perfect place for us to go and relax and sit on the back porch have a nice glass of wine and just listen to the ocean. The people you meet there are so friendly and you always leave with new friends most of our quests who stay there keep in touch with some of the local islanders. So come enjoy and kick back and relax, and smell the ocean.

Why they chose this property

I have never found a more beautiful location as quiet and serene. The local cuisine and activities are second to none. Sitting on the deck overlooking the woods and pool is a special place to relax and enjoy a home cooked meal with a glass of wine. I especially enjoy sunrise and sunset walks on the beach and bike rides at low tide early in the morning.

What makes this property unique

The entire community is quite and tend to keep to themselves which is perfect for when I want to escape the hustle and bustle of normal life. Everyone I have talked to has been both personable friendly. The immaculate grounds invite relaxing walks or casual jogs. I routinely jog the grounds or the beach then jump in the pool followed by a bit of relaxing either by the pool or on the deck with a good book. There is a Massage Parlor right around the corner and great shopping.
