Relájese en nuestra escapada de Amelia Island en los árboles. El condominio ha sido remodelado y está completamente equipado para ayudarte a relajarte del mundo ocupado y disfrutar de un poco de tiempo de R & R.

** El condominio está en el TERCER PISO - 33 pasos hacia arriba - SIN ASCENSOR PERO BIEN VALE LA ESTANCIA **

La cocina está totalmente equipada con cafetera, microondas, tostadora y lavavajillas, e incluso un stock de especias y necesidades básicas para un tiempo de cocción fácil en la cocina. También hay una lavadora / secadora en el armario de la cocina. El dormitorio principal es una cama queen y tiene televisión por cable de Comcast, junto con su propio baño privado y una puerta corredera de cristal para el porche con mosquitero. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con su propio baño privado. Cenar para cuatro personas es cómodo en el espacio de la sala de estar de planta abierta o puede cenar en el porche con mosquitero. This condo was perfect for what I needed for a quick mother-daughters getaway to celebrate my mom's birthday. It would have been nice to have a couple more blankets in the living room area and maybe some body wash/shampoo in the shower, as we all forgot ours, but there was a Walgreen's right up the street so not a big enough deal to change our rating or review. The porch was perfect! And we had the pool to ourselves which was just what my mom wanted! Convenient location, easy to get to, and the host was communicative.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as listed and very convenient (maybe too convenient when it came to proximity of DeNucci's Icecream ). The pool was wonderful & closer than expected - right at the end of the building. Perfect as we all liked having beach and pool time each day. Communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Communication with the host was excellent and we loved our warm welcome with snacks and everything. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The screened in porch was very cozy. We were in walking distance to the beach and a few great restaurants. We’ll definitely come back!

Everything that had to do with our stay was phenomenal from start to finish. Elizabeth was super responsive and incredibly accommodating. The property was well equipped, comfortable, and relaxing. I’d definitely book here again in the future.

Great spot near the beach. Clean, well appointed, has everything you need to function. Loved having breakfast on the screened in back porch. We got to listen to an owl a few nights. The host was great, communicative and polite. I appreciated the attention to detail noticed in small ways as you use the space. We loved the path to the beach, it felt like a hike in the woods (something we enjoy). Takes about 10 minutes one way. This area of the beach is not over crowded. The pool was great, large and clean. The area is quiet but near plenty of things. Really glad we chose this spot.

Condo was very clean and equipped with everything needed. It was lovely to sit on the back porch and listen to the birds while it rained. Just a 2 min walk to the beach, restaurant, and shops. Downtown was also a quick uber ride. It is on the third floor but worth it! Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved staying here! My husband and I came in for a wedding and got to relax at the condo by sitting outside on the enclosed patio, we walked to the beach and luckily the owner had a closet stocked with all the beach necessities you’d need including sand castle building materials, a backpack cooler, beach towels and 4 beach chairs. Communication was quick and easy and the owner even texted me over the weekend with ideas of things to do. Would definitely book this place again :)

This spot is well-located near lots of restaurants and things to do, but is also quiet and relatively private. Parking is easy, and you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The space was clean and well-equipped. The only downside is that it’s on the third floor, so we had to carry our stuff up all those stairs.

We had an excellent stay! Our host, Elizabeth was so welcoming. Her communication both before and during the trip was helpful. The binder with suggestions for restaurants and activities was instrumental since it was our first time on Amelia Island. The Salty Pelican did not disappoint!In addition, the condo is inviting, cozy and bright. When future travel points to Amelia Island, we will stay here.

My fiancé and I came to Amelia Island for a little pre-birthday/pre-wedding getaway and we could not have stayed in a more perfect spot! The Kiernan Getaway was the coziest and perfectly located spot for us. Its location made it just a 10 minute walk to the beach and a less than 10 minute drive to the downtown area. The condo itself was very clean and Mrs. Kiernan has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure her guests have a fantastic stay. A simple, yet appreciative step taken was to have light switches labeled in the main living space. A simple pleasure but it takes out the questioning of wondering what switch does what job! She also has things labeled in the kitchen and her checkout binder is very informative and helpful for guests and answers nearly any question I feel like someone could have! There’s also extra items for guests in case you forgot something and I thought that was such a kind gesture as well. The balcony was the cherry on top of it all. My fiancé spent hours of his morning out there just relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. Truly an oasis in and of itself! Communication was clear and responses were quick. The condo pool was another nice amenity, and it was very clean and a nice area to just lounge and spend your evening at. I hope that we can make it back here someday and I highly recommend to anyone else looking to stay in the area!

Great stay!

This was the perfect space for a quick trip to the area. Close to the beach and many attactions/food, etc. The closet full of beach supplies was a plus. Great host!

Very clean and well furnished and decorated. Great location. Host was responsive and very helpful.
