This unit at The Boardwalk was fully stocked and had everything in the room that the listing said it had! It is a beautiful room, very clean with a beautiful view. The owners are very quick to respond when needed. The elevators at this facility were not slow like others around the area. Tiki bar and Under the Boardwalk restaurant was so nice to have for convenience and a quick snack. We would definitely come back to stay again!

One of, if not the best condos I've stayed in. Nice, clean, lots of beach chairs, toys, ect included. I will definitely be back.

Coleman was very responsive to any inquiries I had. The property was clean, and the 24/7 security made me feel even safer as a single mom traveling with my daughter. I appreciate the level of thought gone into the starter toiletries for the guests. The beach was not overly crowded which was a huge plus, was literal steps from the condo, and everyone we met were friendly. Pineapple Willy’s, Dat Cajun Place, Wicked Wheel are all very close as well as fun activities for my teen daughter. I hope this home is available for next year when I plan. I will definitely stay here again. If I could change anything at all about this vacation it would have been to stay a little longer.

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The host was friendly & very responsive. Checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The resort was great and you are literally steps away from the beach. Will likely stay here again next t year!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could need and more! Coleman provided all the parking, check-in, and all information needed. He responded promptly to any questions we had. The property itself was beautiful, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Without a doubt the best experience ever! We will definitely be returning and to PCB and I sure hope this condo is available again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Our stay couldn't have been better! The property is as described, very clean and well kept, the resort has amazing amenities and will revisit soon. The location is steps away from the water and Beach. There's literally something for everyone of any age to enjoy from the kids pool, the Sun deck, the walk-in swimming pool or the three hot tubs. There are food and snack amenities within steps of the pool, drinks available poolside, as well as food. The hosts are amazing! Parking is available within a covered garage or out in the open as you decide. 24-hour a day security provided. Great place to stay!

Loved the condo and the amenities. Perfect view of the ocean and beach. The location was ideal for us as it was just minutes from dining, stores, adventures yet away from the busyness and traffic found on the strip. The closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. was also a very nice convenience offered by the owners.

Just overall pleased with this condo. When you walk in you immediately see the beach and ocean. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Owner responded right away to any question. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Love 703 Boardwalk Beach Resort

This was our third year to vacation here and can’t wait to return next year! It’s truly a home away from home. The attention to detail from the owner, excellent staff & security of the resort, and of course the fabulous gulf front views are amazing!!!

Beautiful Stay

Condo was as pictured and described. Beautiful views of the pool and the coast. Owner was only a text message away and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay

From check in to checkout we could have not ask for a better stay or communication with booking agent. The room was just as pictured. We will definitely stay again and parking was excellent!! And with the 6 elevators there wasn’t ever a wait!!!

Annual vaca

Nice location. Easy to walk to places if you want. Property manager was great. The outdoor tiki bar and grill was awesome. Great food esp grilled shrimp.

Great condo

We had a great stay in this condo. The owner was fantastic to work with and very quick to answer any questions that we had. The condo is in excellent condition and well stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful beach vacation!

Spectacular view

Very nice condo. Great location with an amazing view! Loved the pool and being so close to the beach. The Tiki Hut next to the pool was another bonus for easy access to drinks and snacks. Would definitely return.

Thank you for recognizing a great view. In addition to the panoramic view of the pool, beach and gulf, there is also a fun view of the tiki hut. In season, you can look and listen to the weekend live entertainment from your balcony.

A great little getaway spot

We had a fabulous time at 703 BWC. The condo is well stocked with everything we could have needed. The views from the master bedroom were spectacular. Stan was excellent with responding to all our questions and concerns. We would definitely go back!

I especially like hearing about the views from the master bedroom. The curve in the window is just enough to provide a panoramic view wider than 180 degrees. Of course the 15 ft width of an 8ft deep floor to ceiling window also helps! The large balcony bumps out enough to give a similar view. Great for fluffy clouds in a blue sky or sunsets.
