“Just Breathe “ located on the 16th floor with amazing panoramic gulf views ! 810 Billiards & Bowling located on the ground floor, fun for the entire family! Large living room/ full kitchen has an open concept with sleeper sofa, twin chair bed, & 70in tv that leads out to a large balcony with gulf views. Master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath. Bunk area has barn door for privacy, 2 twin beds , & full bath (sleeps 7). Beach wagon , umbrella, & chairs are available for guest. Must be 25 to rent. Laketown Wharf does not allow animals! Absolutely no smoking in unit or on balcony (This would result in extra cleaning fees & removal from property with no refund) . Check -in 4:00 pm /Check out is 10:00 am . Monthly rentals September - February at just breathe pcb gmail. Resort fee of $80 plus tax must be paid 48 hrs before arrival for parking pass and armbands.
