About this property

Beach Getaway on Cocoa Beach

Located right on Cocoa Beach Pier, our stunning light and sparking dream house with the heated pool is waiting for you! This updated kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new flooring. Great for family! Includes a privacy fenced backyard with heated pool and outdoor patio area.

Eight minute walk to Cocoa Beach and Pier! You'll fall in love with this beautiful place!

And to be perfectly clear, the property doesn't have a hot tub, if you see one, most likely is a glitch with the VRBO System. Thank you for your understanding.

Location is absolutely incredible! 5 minute walk to the beach and it’s in the center of a lot of restaurants and shopping! A hour drive to Orlando and 25-30 minutes to Kennedy space center! The pool is one of the best features as it’s enclosed so u can swim rain or shine! The only negative we had which was very small was some of the the tv remotes didn’t work in some of the rooms but other than that this house has a lot of space! Wi-Fi went in and out but that’s not on the home owner ! All in all would definitely stay here again! The owner had great communication as well too!

If you’re reading this review, you truly need to consider a stay here … we stayed a night prior to our Disney Cruise and from the time of booking to the time we left the host has been wonderful and communicating with me from answering our silly questions & more. It is a very large home for a large group plus very clean, beautiful pool area. Can’t say enough about our stay!!

Location was great and on a quiet street just a couple blocks to the beach. The house had plenty of room for a family of four and 2 additional couples. Everyone especially loved having a private pool just steps out back. Dining and grocery shopping all close by. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Very nice. Pool was heated and 7 1/2 foot deep at the deepest. Walking distance to the beach or Sandbar Sports Grill. Short drive to any needs. Outdoor grill was a flat top and very clean. Quiet neighborhood that seems to have a few rentals. Loved it.
