The property is on a five acre farm in Middleburg Fl. Middleburg is between Jacksonville Fl. And Gainesville Fl. It is also close to Green cove springs, Jenny Springs and St. Augustine Florida. It is about 1 hr 1/5 minutes from Beaches. Most Grocery and more is 3.5 mls away. Uber, and delivery come out to property.
The Travel trailer is on property that contains a small finger of the black creek. When half full it creates nice ambiance.
Farm contains goats, Rooster, chickens, dogs and 2 guinea hens. More animals to come.
The location is private and rural but close to shopping, Hospitals, the V.A. and to multiple city’s. This rental would be perfect for a family needing a nights rest on the way to Disney World, or Traveling a nurse. Nightly and weekly rental an option.
Trailer is equipped with USB ports in bunks and main bed area. It has two bedrooms and each room has 1 closet and storage cupboards or pantry for clothes and luggage storage. It has clean linens, blankets and pillows for all sleep areas.
Couch is a small futon that fits two small children. The table collapses down to create a bed suitable for 2 adults. There are storage areas for luggage under table benches, and main King size bed. Step in shower has sliding doors. Towels, wash cloths, body soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and baking supplies. All appliances are super clean.
Water is from well. Incoming water has a filter attached. Waste drains into septic. No tampons, sanitary pads, non- septic wipes, grease or food is allowed in any drain or commode.
Toilet paper suitable for septic is provided. Waste cans and bags are provided in trailer and a large waste can is provided outside trailer.
There is plenty of parking space and a light pole is near for light. More light at carport (carport not available) can be provided upon request. Property contains 2 gates. Main home is less than 100 yards away and owners reside on property with dogs.

Our host were very nice. They welcomed us and explained how to use the accommodations. The trailer was inviting and bery comfortable. Wish we could have been able to stay longer .

Quiet and relaxing

Easy to find. Beautiful quiet country setting yet close to stores and restaurants. The animals were a hit with my granddaughter. Definitely recommend. We will book again.

Where’s the 2nd bathroom?

Overall it was relaxing. Beds were comfortable. No internet or TV but they tried hard. No big deal for us tho we wanted quiet. Very friendly and accommodating. Far enough out but still close to town. Worked perfect for my friend and I. Hated opening and closing the gate tho…grrrr Loved the goats

Michelle, thank you for your review. In response to the tag line question, the second bathroom is available in the basement of main home. In the property description it does mention that you may access by request. I’m sorry if that was not clear. The door to the basement could be unlocked and you would have been able to come and go as needed. The basement includes not only a full bathroom but also includes a ping pong table, lawn games, board games and more. I wish I had known you would have liked to use the space. I do love to give tours but I understand you had a scheduled commitment and did not have time for the regular walk around tour. Safe travels to you both.

Trial Camper Trip

We were in Florida to help my disabled son move into a new apartment. The camper was centrally located and perfect for our use. The camper was exactly as described and we used the occasion to try out this type of camping with the thought of purchasing one for ourselves to use in the future. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the property was close to whatever we needed, but at the same time quiet. The only downfall of the trip was the extremely hot weather, but the A/C of the camper made sleeping very comfortable. Thanks again for a great stay and hope to see you again.

Perfect spot to relax

We stayed in Yvette’s RV while visiting Kingsley Lake with some extended family. The location was close to the lake and offered plenty of dining and shopping options close by. The bed was comfy and the RV was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, emergency toiletries, kitchen supplies, and even an ice tray. Yvette showed us around her beautiful property when we arrived and introduced us to the farm animals her family keeps, and gave us a tutorial on the features and operations of the RV and its systems. Our data signal was strong (AT&T) on our devices so we were able to access music and video streams without any issues. We were glad to have this place given how little there is to choose from in the vicinity of the lake and will keep it in mind for future visits and happily recommend it.

Cozy home away for him - definitely 5 stars

The RV was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and our host, Miss Yvette, made us feel welcome and like a part of the family. Not only was our stay comfortable, the place was set up beautifully upon about arrival and there wasn’t anything, besides a few groceries that we planned to grab anyway, that we needed during our stay. Yvette explained how to navigate the gate upon arrival (with step by step instructions) along with how to work the lights, where there were extra storage compartments, where to find all of the available supplies, how to start a fire at night if we wished and many other helpful things regarding the RV and our stay. She was quick to respond and very available during our entire stay. She was friendly and knowledgeable with regards to the animals currently on the farm and was patient and helpful with our toddler. She definitely made our stay even better and we were thankful she was so available to us. My toddler loved the animals and we were overjoyed to be able to interact with them anytime we were able. It was a refreshing and fun getaway and we will definitely be returning guests!

Easy. Hassle free, and very friendly.

This was a great stay. The set up requires some interaction with the host to show you a few basic, logistical things about the camper and the property. Don’t be afraid. It’s very basic like opening and closing the gate as you enter an exit. No biggie. They have goats, chickens, turkeys and ducks. One more type of animal and they might earn the right to be considered a zoo. Lol. Kidding. I only mentioned this, because there are those who are seeking animals for children sake, let’s say… and they can see the animals and participate in creation accordin if desired.But if you just want to stay the night, and the farm thing doesn’t attract to you then that’s completely fine too. Just let your host know your intensions. Location is great detached only a few miles from shopping centers and restaurants. And it’s not a subdivision with lots of properties and people, walking dogs and traffic, etc.… more of a country road with four or five residences here and there. Theirs is the easiest to recognize… So easy. The camper life is tight and everything has a purpose. Imagine being on the space station… No spaces wasted. Yet the host was very thoughtful and the things that were stocked or provided beyond the basics were very helpful. It was obvious that a significant attempt was made to think of what their guests would need. And I was not in want for anything.It was mentioned, there was no Wi-Fi. I had my own, so I was unaffected. But others may find that a challenge.

Robert, Thank you for your Review. It was quite thorough and I appreciate it. I do consider the comfort of my guests and I am always looking for ways to improve or add to the experience. Unfortunately I cannot provide WiFi or I would need to raise my rates to compensate for the expense. I try to stay competitive in price for the area so this isn’t an option. I am glad to hear that you had brought your own. We however do have it noted in the listing. I do find that many guest seem to miss this. I feel this is more an issue with the VRBO web site and how information regarding properties is laid out. I feel many things can be easily overlooked. I appreciate your noting this fact for other potential guests to note and I will see what I can do on my end to make sure this is more clear in my posting.
