Located one mile from the Camelback Mountain trailhead, one block from the popular Arizona Canal trail, and within walking distance of great food, this condo is in the perfect location- in the heart of Arcadia! The kitchen is fully stocked, king size bed, pull-out couch, smart TV, and a cozy patio to enjoy your morning coffee. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic as well. W/D in-unit! Bikes are not included in the rental due to liability.

Originally from the PNW, I went to college in Phoenix and fell in love with the Arcadia area. This condo was my first big girl purchase and I am excited to share it with you! It has been newly updated with all the things you need to make your stay enjoyable. The community boasts a pool, hot tub, and fitness center.
Why they chose this property
Arcadia is a highly desired neighborhood in east Phoenix, near the Scottsdale border. The condo is located in the heart of this beautiful, safe neighborhood, one mile from the Camelback Mountain trailhead, one block from the Arizona Canal (where the locals run, walk, and bike), and within walking distance to many great eateries.
What makes this property unique
This cozy condo is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Located at the back of a gated condo community, with a nice patio facing south, it allows guests to enjoy lovely morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine, with the sounds of Arizona wild birds in the distance. It also affords guests the opportunity to fit in with the locals- with cruiser bikes to take down the canal to the favorite local brewery, OHSO! *great brunch alert*
