Awesome stay in a clean and quiet room. Not too far from anything. Just what we needed for a couple days before work meetings. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Safe quiet area but close to main roads for anything you may need. John is a super host and provided many amenities. Nice area to have coffee and watch the birds in the morning. Our stay was very pleasant. We look forward to visiting sometime again. Thank you John.

Great home away from home quite secluded provided the solitude needed as it was a work trip. The extra beverages was a welcome, surprise, and the chocolates.

John is an amazing host. The location and the outstanding reviews were the reasons I chose to stay here, and I am so glad I did.While the unit is a private room similar in concept to a hotel, it is far better than any hotel experience. The space is comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, and truly welcoming. The patio and yard are absolutely immaculate — I was in awe of how beautiful and well-maintained the property is.His fur baby was so quiet you wouldn’t even know there was a dog on the property.If you are in the area, this is a must-stay. John is extremely attentive to his guests, and his accommodations truly go above and beyond. Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

Very quiet, peaceful spot yet close to everything you could want and downtown. Room had all you could need and we really appreciated the bottled water. Great communication with John as needed yet very private spot.

Great little place

Super convenient, fastidiously clean; everything I needed, and nothing I didn't. Great communication, super easy check in process. Very comfortable little spot, just as described. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips to Phoenix.

Perfect spot

Great room with everything you need, plenty of privacy, and great access to public transportation to get you anywhere you need to go. Went everywhere from Downtown to Tempe and felt like I was in the middle of it all. Great place to stay!

Perfect for a quick stay

Traveled alone for the first time and staying in the guest house at Johns made me feel incredibly safe and secure. So clean and in a nice neighborhood. Quick access to all the tourist destinations.

Nice and compact room, easy access, good instructions, convenient location just off 51 for my commute. Was happy to find chocolates and water and soft drinks in the mini fridge and a binder guide with tips and WiFi code. And ann iron and mini ironing board, which was needed. Stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels. Great water pressure and AC. Easy parking spot and access through side gate and dedicated door with lock code. Quiet and had a nice sit in backyard listening to birds. Love the desert landscaping.

Small but Mighty!

Great clean room and bathroom! Lots of amenities--coffee maker, coffee, waters, soda, fridge, microwave, soaps and lotions.Although just a room there is a private entrance from the outside which is really nice. Super quiet neighbotrhood. Owner was very friendly too.
