Very quiet, peaceful spot yet close to everything you could want and downtown. Room had all you could need and we really appreciated the bottled water. Great communication with John as needed yet very private spot.

Nice and compact room, easy access, good instructions, convenient location just off 51 for my commute. Was happy to find chocolates and water and soft drinks in the mini fridge and a binder guide with tips and WiFi code. And ann iron and mini ironing board, which was needed. Stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels. Great water pressure and AC. Easy parking spot and access through side gate and dedicated door with lock code. Quiet and had a nice sit in backyard listening to birds. Love the desert landscaping.

Great little place

Super convenient, fastidiously clean; everything I needed, and nothing I didn't. Great communication, super easy check in process. Very comfortable little spot, just as described. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips to Phoenix.

Perfect spot

Great room with everything you need, plenty of privacy, and great access to public transportation to get you anywhere you need to go. Went everywhere from Downtown to Tempe and felt like I was in the middle of it all. Great place to stay!

Small but Mighty!

Great clean room and bathroom! Lots of amenities--coffee maker, coffee, waters, soda, fridge, microwave, soaps and lotions.Although just a room there is a private entrance from the outside which is really nice. Super quiet neighbotrhood. Owner was very friendly too.

Perfect for a quick stay

Traveled alone for the first time and staying in the guest house at Johns made me feel incredibly safe and secure. So clean and in a nice neighborhood. Quick access to all the tourist destinations.
