Set in 12 acres of tranquil woods, you will enjoy 2000 sq ft of beautiful living space with well-appointed decor, central air, king beds, well-stocked kitchen, separate indoor living space and a multi-level deck to enjoy the outdoors with a hot tub on the lower deck. Situated along Rt 430, a long gravel driveway separates the house from the highway, giving privacy with easy access. Perfect for a relaxing and lazy getaway for friends and families! New to the area? No problem. Just let us know and we will provide a suggested itinerary for you that would fit your needs.

Mother/daughter weekend

Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay at the Gray Owl. Location was convenient. Property is well maintained and had everything you could need for your stay. We especially liked the coffee bar, gameroom with games, and separate towels to use for the hot tub. Would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing visit to Chautauqua Lake

You are located at the quieter side of Chautauqua county. Your neighbors are locals and local haunts abound. Ideal if you would like to be away from the busier lakeside crowd.

What makes this property unique

My favorite part about this property is the privacy it affords. We can completely disconnect from the world and just be. The property has books to read, multiple board games, a mini game room, a fantastic kitchen- the perfect setting to just enjoy each other's company. However, you truly are just a 100 ft from the main road, so that when you are ready for the outside world, it is just a hop and a skip away.
