Ideally nestled in a calm beach side region of Albion, the house is 3minutes walk from the beautiful
beach of Albion, dodo-supermarket & restaurants.
The Home enjoys a cozy, private front yard & free parking. Set on 2 levels, the Property enjoys a
modern, open plan living space with kitchen & veranda - perfect adapted to the ally year round
summer weather this part of the Island offers. The air conditioned Master Bedroom comes with ensuite
bathroom. The 2 additional rooms are both air conditioned & come with double beds, sharing a
common bathroom.

Albion is located in the West part of Mauritius. The West offers many attractions to visitors that are within short driving distances, also not far from the Capital city - Port-Louis. The sunsets are spectacular. The house is situated in an old established residential neighborhood where people know each other.
