This home is centrally located in one of the most tourist sought after places in PR, Cabo Rojo. This home is situated in a great neighborhood with carefully manicured homes and lawns. It is 10 min to major shopping with Walmart, Marshall’s, home depot, etc. just a short distabce. Walgreens is a 3 min drive. Restaurants line the drive which overlook the blue ocean. The best beaches (Boqueron, Combate, La Parguera) are all a very short distance from the property.

House is great. Spacious, good furniture and kitchen, seemingly very safe and nice neighborhood, water hose and laundry were useful. That said, road noise was significant, and rooster noise made sleeping rough.

Our stay was wonderful. It served the purpose we needed for our visit. It was clean. Had what we needed for our stay. If there was anything disappointing it was the WiFi. It was less than optimal especially since my cell service in the house was poor. Otherwise, we would stay, or recommend, here again. Communication with the host was easy.

Besides being a beautiful home and perfect location, literally a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beach. The home is also located close to stores and easy to get to. The owners both were amazing Blanca gave so many great recommendations and suggestions and answered questions promptly

Cozy and comfortable

The house was just what we wanted. We enjoyed coming home from our daily adventures in PR and the house was clean and had everything we needed. A/C- washer and dryer/ nice back yard…. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Blanca the owner even checked via phone to make sure we were good. Loved it!!

Great Family Location

The house is very comfortable with top appliances including air conditioners and smart TVs in all the rooms. Excellent for anyone with small children. It is very close to several beaches, great restaurants and local attractions. We enjoyed our stay of 59 days.You should be aware that it is about 400 feet away from a highly trafficked route. If you have problems sleeping be aware that you will hear traffic all day and night.

Great price for rental

My family and I were very pleased with this vacation rental. It was one of the best priced rentals for Puerto Rico, clean, overall, well taken care off, with all the necessities needed, for a comfortable stay. Hopefully they continue to keep it at this price, as I would love to be a repeat customer. Also, the owner is very nice, professional and very attentive- always makes sure to communicate and address any concerns. This rental definitely get's my five stars.
