This is a newly renovated apartment which is designed to be a retreat and home to meet your travel needs. It is located within walking distance of Mesa Community College and Banner Health, 7 miles from ASU and ASU Research Park and 4 miles from Sloan Park for the Chicago Cubs training. There is plenty to do with nearby parks, pickleball courts, trails for hiking and biking not to mention plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. You are invited to this place to be a home away from home.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Clean, hosts were nice, easy accessible, close drive to all the surrounding areas without being in the direct heart of it all. The pool was ok for March, bring pool towels if you stay! Overall, a super cute place and we highly recommend!

This spot was clean, convenient, and quiet. Parking was convenient and the space was exactly what I needed. It was too cool to use the pool while I was there, but I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the patio in the mornin.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, close to a lot of places, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen very nice, and overall, everything was nicely decorated. It was a very good stay!

Nice Getaway.

A little slip up with the check in code was the only issue with iur stay. A great place to stay for Spring Training as it is only a few minutes from Sloan Park.

Great Place To Stay!

The property was just as described and the host was responsive. It is clean, safe, and convenient. I would definitely stay here again! Just remember it is a second floor unit so you must be okay with stairs.

Nice condo and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Modern decor, clean and great AC.Comfortable beds. A very nice shower!The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed!Thanks for the welcome basket of snacks, too.What a great location for shopping, restaurants and access to expressways.Would have been nice to have a heated pool, but, oh well.Definitely would recommend this condo to others.

Clean and comfortable!

We came to visit family in Mesa and this location was perfect for us. Veronica was super welcoming and helpful. It was easy to find and in walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The place is immaculate and stocked with cooking tools, spices, plenty of towels, body wash, hair dryer, and several other amenities. The AC was awesome. The pool was the perfect temp. I'll definitely try to book the same place when we visit my family again.

Cute place to stay!

The bathroom had plenty of towels and everything you would need. The rain head shower was wonderful, lots of water pressure. In the kitchen, we loved the Ninja coffee maker, definitely getting one! One very small inconvenience, no ice maker, just two ice trays. So if you really really love ice buy some. There is a Target within walking distance or a 3 minute drive. The neighbors that we met are all very nice and most keep to themselves. Yes, there’s two little dogs that like to say hello to you as you come and go! Haha! Just say hi back. That’s the only time I heard them bark. You most likely will have the pool to yourself, no one else was ever there when we went! They do have a slight bug problem but that’s going to happen live in a building complex. Overall we loved the place and would stay there again. Oh, and there is a wonderful cool place for you car to hang out in, a definite plus!!

Good....just not yet great.

My husband and I rented this condo for 7-days/6-nights while working and visiting friends in the area. Veronica offers a nice VRBO and things were close to great. I'm offering this feedback to help future renters be mindful of some things to expect; some of which can be made better and some things which just are. There seemed to be a stale smoke smell when entering the unit, our friends thought so, too when they visited us. We saw several bugs throughout enough we kept our luggage off floor. Some deeper cleaning of the unit would be beneficial (stovetop, stairs). Some of the things for other renters to consider would be the surroundings. The condo is very centrally located to all the stores, restaurants, major roads we ever needed - which was fabulous. However, there was a man that slept in his truck in the main parking area we had to use and that was incredibly unnerving as we couldn't access the main stairway without walking by the F150. One of the days, we saw someone else dumpster diving. The condo directly across has two smaller dogs that barked frequently and for periods of time. There was water pipe work being done the first day we arrived and Veronica was very communicative of the updates as she received them; she was also apologetic and in the end, it was no big deal for our rental. It is apparent Veronica strives to provide a nice unit and all our needs were met. I would encourage others to consider renting here; with a few things to be aware of.
