Beautiful unit on the ground floor right next to the beach walkway.. 5 steps to the walkway down to the beach
. Sleeps six, 1.5 baths ,King bed.. Bunks in the hallway Sofabed in the living area..

Many new upgrades

Kitchen has beautiful granite counters ,new flooring, redone cabinetry with new hardware, new dishwasher and microwave...... well stocked

Recessed lighting through the unit

This is a larger ground floor unit... unit holds two large sofas and easy chair,larger dining table and extra barstools for eating island style

Patio furniture includes large patio table, patio chairs to have meals outdoors, and casual lounger

It was a great condo with it being on the first floor and just a walk out to the beach. It was nice that an umbrella & chair set up was part of the reservation. The condo was just the right size for the two of us. We liked the fact that it was more on the quiet side. It doesn’t have the traffic or the people since it’s at the end of scenic highway 98. You don’t have far to go to shop and restaurants. Some you can even walk to. The condo is equipped with the necessities needed. We would consider renting it again.

View and access to beach was awesome

Unit could use a little update( better bed and seating). But the view cannot be beat.

Over all interior was in poor condition: Living room ceiling, bathroom tub, and toilets, bedroom carpet.

Hi Mark Received your review, Just to let all readers and travelers know... Pictures depict this unit exactly as the way it looks.. The toilets are new ,the bath tub is very white and clean I inspect after every departure. We have never had any comments about the ceilings They are normal white ceilings in good condition. Most other renters have a great ,great experience at this small complex and love the location, closeness to the beach(the beach is your backyard) cleanliness, and proximity to the beach access. This unit makes most travelers very satisfied in most every way...... I wish you very happy travels in all your future visits to the area Thank you for coming

Very disappointed in this rental …..

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. I spent the first few hours on arrival of cleaning just so we could stay. This condo is in dire need of basic care. The bunk beds make a cracking sound when you lay on them, we were afraid to use them. The toilet paper holders fall off the wall if you touch them. The stove light stays on and will not go off. The king bed mattress is very uncomfortable. The majority of the plug ins do not work. There is not a side table on each side of the bed like the pictures show. The outside furniture is rusting so you have to lay a towel on it in order to sit without getting rust stains on your clothing. The view and location are perfect. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be back to this particular rental.

Hi Amber I am sorry you were disappointed We just had the condo brand newly painted,.......... As we were just in a few days ago the toilet paper holders are tight . I am sorry the mattresses are not for you..... the unit was cleaned and inspected before you arrived............all the outlets are new ,new outlets and swithces were put in Jan 2023. The chairs outside do have a small amount of rust on the arms, I am sorry you had to use towels... I am glad you loved the view and location, the 2 large sofas and chairs, the new lighting and paint, the new TV and side tables ,the newer kitchen with the granite...... Again I am sorry you were disappointed
