Penthouse in Paradise!

Coconut Mallory is a waterfront private community that provides resort-style amenities, including two large pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, picnic tables and much more. Hop in one of the two on-site pools to cool down after soaking up the sun at Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach just 2 miles away. There is also an oversized Jacuzzi and a picnic area with BBQs available for guest use. Community asks that master tub in master not be used due to neighbors having leaks in the past.

This unit is a two bedroom two bath. It also features two off street parking spaces included.howrver shower is allowed.

Very prompt with responses! Condo was great, comfortable beds. Well stocked, including many spices! Pictures are accurate! Did not get to enjoy the pools as the weather was not cooperating, short uber ride to Duval & the airport. Would definitely book again!!!

The pool was very nice.We were not given good access instructions and had difficulty getting in. The only way to reach the hosts was through VRBO website. It would have been easier to have a direct email and/or telephone number. Entry instructions could have been given earlier rather than just before we got there.The place itself was not that comfortable. Very poor lighting (the main lamp switch was too hard to turn on and off) , the fan speeds did not work. The jacuzzi did not work.There were not enough kitchen towels and hand towels, and on the second day we found them in the dryer. We had to fold the load of towels.The TV operation was not intuitive and there should be written instructions on which remotes to use.Overall, we felt the unit was overpriced for the quality of the amenities.

Key west adventure

Roomy place , pleasantly decorated, well supplied kitchen. A cleaning fee is included although you are instructed on check out to start wash , clean dishes and remove trash.
