Pool heating is offered seasonally from December through February and is available for $125/day with at least 24 hours’ notice. When heated, the pool is maintained at 85°F for comfortable winter swimming.

If you’re interested in pool heating outside of these months, please contact the host directly prior to booking to confirm availability and pricing.

To ensure proper operation and safety, pool equipment may not be adjusted by guests. Any unauthorized adjustments may result in additional service charges. A camera is located over the pool equipment for monitoring purposes only.

For the safety and security of our guests, please be advised that there is a surveillance camera located to the right of the garage on the property, facing the driveway. There is a second camera over the pool equipment for equipment monitoring. These cameras are for security purposes and your privacy is respected.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire home, pool, patio, garage, and all amenities. Make yourself at home—this space is entirely yours.
