Wonderful stay – highly recommend! I spent about a month here and couldn't have been happier. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and came fully equipped with everything I needed: dishes, cleaning supplies, paper towels, tissues, and towels. I didn't have to worry about bringing or buying a thing. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the gym was convenient with great equipment. Riesa was an excellent host, very helpful and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and the community/location was very nice. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Easy check in/check out. The bedding, especially the pillows, could use replacing.

Did not stay. Rented what appeared to be a private home only to end up in an apartment complex. When we called Vrbo they could instantly see the issue. They contacted host who got rather nasty with them on the phone. Thankfully we were given a full refund.

Convenient midlothian area condo

Hotels are few and far between in the midlothian area, and leave much to be desired. This condo is the perfect answer...basic, but clean, convenient, and close to where we needed to be. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The unit was clean, kitchen well-maintained, and the host was very responsive and helpful. That said, the property could use some updates to make it more comfortable. The furniture appears to be older, lower-quality pieces (likely from Walmart or IKEA) that are showing significant wear. The living room only has a small loveseat for seating while watching TV, the coffee table is quite wobbly with the veneer worn through in places, and the nightstand is also heavily worn. It needs a comfy chair in the living room. The bedroom carpet is past due for replacement. A refresh of the furniture and flooring would make a big difference. With those improvements, we would happily book again.

Perfect location for us.

Perfect location for our needs. Parking spots always available. Very nice to have a kitchen and living area rather than be in a hotel room, though we did not cook there. It was nice to have the big refrigerator for leftovers and the microwave to warm them up. The living room furniture was adequate, but we did not spend a lot of time there. Overall it worked out very well for us.and thin.

Enjoyable

The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend that the host seriously consider subscribing to a basic cable TV service. For the limited time we actually spent at the apartment, we missed watching tv via a cable subscription.

Didn’t stay. Thought we had rented a home only to learn it was an apartment in a large apartment complex. Contacted Vrbo. They contacted host and she was nasty to them. Thankfully we were given 100% refund and worked with Vrbo Care.
