Entire house, fully fenced in back yard. Close to everything.

Ginger's House is a single level home, featuring three bedrooms, a 65" TV, gas logs and an awesome sun room. The back yard is fully fenced in. There is former detached garage that is now a studio on the property. It is in the back right corner of the lot, outside the back yard fence. It has its own fenced in area. There maybe guests there during your stay. They will not have access to Gingers House and you will not have access to the studio. We also have an RV that guests use when we are not using it. It is parked all the way in back. There maybe guests in it as well. As with the studio, they will not have access to Gingers House. The only shared area is the parking, and there is plenty of it. Feel free to message me if you have further questions or concerns.

Good location and space

This home was centrally located, close to restaurants. We were there during a heat wave and it was cool inside. There was enough room for 6 people and 2 dogs and everyone could spread out. Worked well for our purposes.

Overall decent, I definitely think it should have been a deeper cleaning done for the amount that is charged in cleaning fees. Property manager is a good communicator in check in process.

Best location ever!

Ginger house was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay for kids sports activities. Check in process and communication was stellar. Location was amazing! House was super clean with adequate amenities for our stay. Ready to book for next year already!

Family Trip

Stayed here while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. Very easy check in and out, house was clean with good amenities. Excellent fenced in back yard for our dog and nice neighborhoods for morning and evening walks.
