Stay was great, our first time to the area. The room had more decorations and it was better than the pictures. We will definitely be back, common areas were low key and not crowded, just what we were looking for. Kids loved the rocks on the beach, we also went to public parks for boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean about a mile away on white sand beach. Family friendly, no partying or craziness, we went to St. Augustine and Flagler beach for dinner. Publix was located close by. Most of the community was older and active, and friendly. It was one of the most relaxing vacations that we have taken. You may want to set up an account for the Hammock Bridge Toll Bridge if you plan on using it frequently before you come. The description accurate - it was paradise to me.

Property was clean, kitchen well equipped and quiet location. Close to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Great location, super quiet beach, but you can only swim during low tide aa there are many rocks that are hidden otherwise.Negatives: the airco stopped functioning properly for the last 4 days. It only worked intermittently and the house became quite warm. It didn’t get fixed while we were there.Great wrap around balcony, but not very comfortable seating to enjoy.

We're so glad you appreciated those aspects of your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning during your visit. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be more complex than initially expected, but we're happy to share that it has since been fully repaired and is operating properly. We also appreciate your feedback about the balcony seating. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we've already begun upgrading the outdoor seating by adding more comfortable, ocean-safe cushions designed to withstand the coastal environment. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. It helps us continue improving the experience for future guests, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.
