We take pride in offering a comfortable and well-maintained space for all our guests. We kindly ask that you please familiarize yourself with our house rules and policies prior to booking:
1. SMOKING / DRUG USE: - Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS: -Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
3. EXTENDED STAYS: - For stays lasting 30 days or longer, a one time cleaning fee of $250 will be applied, which covers bi-weekly standard cleans as well as the deep clean at the end of your stay. This ensures we are able to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the duration of your extended stay.
4. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $50 for stays 1 week or less. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. If staying for longer than a week, please inquire with host for additional pet fee.
PET GUIDELINES:
-We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with hosts prior to booking if you are hoping to bring your cat. -To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort. - Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in home. -If you need any pet-related supplies during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. -Please pick up all pet waste in yard before checking out.

Loved the industrial vibe this place has. Great location! Close Walking distance to a park which my dogs enjoyed twice a day. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!
Had a wonderful time staying at the property which was centrally located to Nob Hill and UNM. Well appointed with new, upscale finishes. Very responsive property managers with easy check-in/check-out. Thanks for being great hosts.
I wasn’t expecting this when booked. Absolutely wonderful and super clean. The patio was a great plus as well with a cool garage door opening the entire place up. Will stay again 😊
It was Great!!! Please check the creamer cups they were not good. The umbrella fell over with the win and we left it that way, didn't want to open the door. On the last day the lights went off for 15 seconds.
