Centrally located 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1511 square foot house. Located near Wyoming and Montgomery in the NE heights. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, Sandia Peak Tram, ABQ Biopark, Balloon fiesta park and historic Old Town. Entire home was remodeled in 2020. Full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave dishwasher, keurig and pot coffee makers, toaster, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Complementary coffee pods, sweeteners and creamers provided. Laundry room with XL washer, dryer Iron and board. Sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. Pack-n-play crib and high chair along with kid friendly dish ware. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Refrigerated air. Two car garage available for small car/suv parking only with Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging. Backyard includes covered patio with 2 Tables, 10 chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit, artificial grass play area, putting green, cornhole game and gated parking for larger vehicles or RV/trailers with 30amp outlet. Fully fenced and gated backyard for well behaved pets. Self check in with code for smart lock. Simple check out with no cleaning fee. This house has everything and more for a great stay.

Best VRBO out there! We stay here every visit out to ABQ. Communication with the owners is super easy, and responses are very fast. The house is extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy (with all the things you might need, and MORE)! It definitely feels like a home-away-from-home. Brandon and Michelle have done an amazing job with this home. We feel so grateful this property exists. Until next time… 10/10

Our stay at this location was perfect and the house was very clean, well kept, and had a great yard. Brandon, the host, was very quick to respond and the and great to work with. At the last minute my son, who has a dog asked if he could join us. I sent a message to Brandon to ensure bringing to dog would be alright since the house is pet frendly. Brando gave to okay, I sent in the pet deposit, all went great.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping and the balloon fiesta. It was great for day trips to Santa Fe and Los Alamos. The home looked just like the photos. It was clean, nicely remodeled and well stocked. The owner left clear and easy instructions to follow for arrival and departure. We would love to stay here again.

Our original flight was cancelled so we worked with Brandon last minute to see what we could work out. Next day we found flights and messaged Brandon early EST and were back on. The minute we walked in my wife fell in love with the place. Everything exactly as described and pictured. What an amazing property. We could not ask for a better location, property and host. Absolutely spotless. Highly recommend. Even watched the balloons rise over the horizon!

Would highly recommend. My family and I have stayed in many rentals in Albuquerque and this one was the best. Very clean, well maintained, well stocked with items you never thought you would need until you do. Owner responds to questions and needs promptly. Family friendly.

This was the second time we have stayed at this very special house! If we return we will definitely stay there again! I can’t think of anything that is missing! The neighborhood is very quiet and so close to shopping and restaurants!

Beautiful home

Beautiful spacious and clean home. Great yard with ammenities for kids like putt putt and corn hole. Well kept and modern. Centrally located to many places; shops, restaurants etc. Very responsive homeowner too.

Home away from home!

Best rental experience so far in ABQ

I stay in ABQ several times a year to visit family and this has—by far—been our best VRBO. The house is immaculately maintained and the hosts have clearly tried to think of useful, convenient additions (like power strips next to beds, a well stocked kitchen, even labeled switch plates for lights).

Beautiful Home

This was probably the best place we've stayed. We travel a lot through out the US and we loved this house. The owners have thought of everything you could ever need. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean and near anything you need. We will stay again when we visit friends in New Mexico. Thanks again for everything

Best VRBO we've stayed at!!

A 12 out of 10 doesn't say enough about this property! Beautiful home with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the patio and outdoor games and yard, cooking in the kitchen was a dream, the beds were better than what we have at home, and we enjoyed eating together and games at the large table and lounging in the comfortable den. There was not one thing lacking and I have never been in such a clean, enjoyable, organized rental. The house was easy to find, close to everything, and in a nice neighborhood. Brandon was great to work with and we will be staying here again!!

Home Away from Home in ABQ

Excellent property! This is our second stay and it was just as good as the first. The property is very clean and well cared for. Great location and easy access to shopping and family. Communication with the owners is easy via text or the VRBO app, and response time is very fast. Thanks Brandon! We will be back.

What a great place to stay!

Three of us stayed at Brandon's place for two nights and we kept commenting on how well appointed the house was. Very well kept, clean, great beds, and nice towels. Brandon was very responsive if we had a question. The house is centrally located to everything we were doing. I would recommend staying here and will book for our trip next year. Thanks Brandon.
