DOGWOOD RETREAT -Dogwood Retreat, offered by Nevaeh Cabin Rentals
, is a spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bath mountain cabin nestled among beautiful oak trees and blooming dogwoods, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. Located in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains near Fannin County and within reach of Polk County attractions, it's the perfect getaway for large families, church groups, and adventure seekers.

The main level features three bedrooms, including a King master suite with a private bath offering a Jacuzzi tub and shower, plus two Queen bedrooms that share a full bath. A warm, inviting living area welcomes you with a stone gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and seating for gathering and relaxing after a day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for eight plus bar stools make group meals easy and enjoyable.

The lower level is designed for fun and connection, featuring a large family room with a gas log fireplace, pool table, and additional living space. Three more bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, including two double/full beds in one room, a Queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a full bed and upper bunk. A shared bathroom serves this level for added convenience.

Step outside and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting from the expansive back decks or gather around the outdoor fire pit for s'mores and storytelling under the stars. A gas grill is also available for cookouts, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors surrounded by nature.

Dogwood Retreat is ideally located for exploring everything the region has to offer—from whitewater rafting on the nearby Ocoee River, to hiking, fishing, waterfalls, and scenic drives throughout Fannin and Polk County. Guests can also enjoy charming mountain towns, local dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure year-round.

First Family Mountain Trip

The cabin was perfect for the amount of people we had. This trip was for my Mother In Love who is battling Stage 4 Colon Cancer. She wanted a Family Mountain Trip and that is what she got. Thank you for allowing us into your cabin!

Couple of issues

Overall the cabin was ok. Before getting to the cabin I received alot of paperwork with alot of instructions and you would think with all the specific instructions that they want you to follow things would have been top notch. So first let me start by saying with all the money that it took to rent this place I expected close to perfection. The place definitely needs a top to bottom cleaning. There was alot of dust all over the cabin. The main bathroom had mold in the shower and on the shower head. I found myself doing alot of cleaning. Both grills, patio table, and all outdoor chairs were dirty. I had to clean all of that as well. There spiders and bugs everywhere, literally on the ceiling and falling down into the bed, they were on the walls and floors. We ended up using all of the bug spray that they had. It was obvious that an exterminator hadn't been there in a while. Also as much as this cabin cost to rent, you would that think each bedroom would have a tv in it. Cabin is close to neighbors who were not friendly and its a bit of a ride to nearby Blue Ridge.

HI Tawanda, If you had such a time you should have called the showers are not molded they are Arcrylic Tubs there one downstairs has some stains that DO NOT come off and that would have been what you saw, the house is exterminated quarterly and matter of fact the day you check ed in they had just did the carpenter bee spray for the exterior spiders were not hanging everywhere, goodness the cabin was cleaned just before you came in. The cabin across the road is a rental also so no neighbor there and the ones well below it would not have bothered you unless you were outside loud, the stuff outside which had been pressure washed is the lovely pollen we have been extra blessed with this year and you can clean it today and back tomorrow, we love out north georgia mountains but with all the trees so close it rains off the pollen on our decks The cabin is 12.5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge and 4 miles from Down McCaysville and about 10 miles to the Ocoee River and also very close to the Harrahs Cassino in Murphy, You must have not looked at your mileage. Have a good summer and thankk you for staying in our 6 bedroom cabin. Nevaeh Cabin Rentals

It was the perfect size cabin for our group.

The cabin was everything it was advertised. The kitchen was the perfect size for making family dinners; also the lower floor allowed for great hangout space for the children & adults.

Girls weekend

The cabin was perfect for our girls weekend. Our arrival was too late to pick up keys so management worked with us. Location was convenient for our planned activities. We would definitely recommend. I would recommend bringing some extra blankets, there were no comforters on the beds, only a lightweight blanket.

Weekend getaway w/ family and friends

Overall this cabin was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and everything was great the view, the house it was amazing. The only thing I could’ve maybe asked was if they provided more towels and toilet paper. But overall it was a beautiful cabin and a amazing stay. We had so much fun and we will be back!

We appreciate you staying with us, In the larger cabins like this one its' really hard to leave at times with the amount of guest enough towels we try to leave around 14 towels out there if if it full capacity and we provide laundry detergent so you can throw them in and wash and dry them for their second time around. Great house

The house was perfect for a ladies getaway. Clean, new, and spacious. The kitchen utensils could use some updating. It is out of the way but lovely once you get there.

Christmas Vacation 2018

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was very large and there is plenty of space to spread out. The road getting to the house was very well maintained and is paved. Very easy to get to and the drive way is very easy to get in and out of. The ice maker leaked the entire time we were there. We placed a towel down so the water didn't ruin the floors. This must be an on going problem because I noticed another renter mention a problem with the ice maker. There were several light blubs that were out and needed to be replaced. There are lights in the kitchen that are up underneath the cabinets, be careful because they become very hot and will burn you. Upon arrival,there was a fire detector that the battery was low and continuously beeped in the living room. We had to replace the battery because my niece who has sensory issues couldn't be in the living room area where the beeping was happening. My 70 year old disabled father and my 79 year old aunt were unable to go down stairs due to how steep the staircase is. It is a very long and steep staircase. Keep that in mind if you will have older folks traveling with you. There are signs everywhere telling you, you will be charged if something is moved, broken, ruined,ect. It made it hard to relax because you were worried you were going to charged. We did have an issue with the alarm system right as we arrived and the property managers helped us resolve the issue quickly. When we were departing we noticed a car sitting and waiting at the top of the driveway. We still had an hour before we had to be out. It was a little unsettling to say the least. As we pulled out, the car pulled in right behind us. It was the cleaning lady and my husband confronted her. We have rented many places all over the country and we have never seen this before. She claimed the next renter had arrived at 7am and wanted to check into the cabin. We didn't find this very professional. She did apologize to us. We did enjoy our stay and the fire pit and hot tube were perfect.

The only issue we had was that the ice maker did not work properly and that the refrigerator did not seem to get cold enough. So that will need to get properly checked out. Besides the refrigerator and no WiFi, the place was beautiful and peaceful for my group of friends.

I had to make the rental agency aware of a couple of very minor things and they responded very quickly, even on the weekend. We've used Nevaeh before and will definitely use them again.
