Brand new Mountain Side Family Retreat

Newly constructed (2023) Family Mountain Retreat with amazing mountain or woodland views everywhere you look. Sleeps 6-7 Adults and 6-7 children. Each adult bedroom has its own private bath and shower or tub. Full amenities, sheets, towels, stocked bathrooms, a “guest pantry” with essentials like Olive Oil and Ketchup. Eat-in kitchen with island chair seating makes feeding the kids or laying out a cheese spread at wine o’clock a snap.. Multiple areas for hanging out, watching TV or playing games with high speed internet for all your viewing pleasures. Books and games for kids and adults of all ages, a well stocked toy nook, and yes, even the throwback DVD player and collection. You’ll have access to the KPAA area beach and boat launch with all the fall and summer fun of Purity Lake and the nearby North Conway. Great restaurants and several kids’ playgrounds are less than five minutes away.

My family and I (13 in total) stayed here and found it close to Saco River and North Conway. It was a great spot! Amenities were great and host responded right away when we had questions.

Wedding

We rented this because of it was within 3 miles of our nephew’s wedding. Our host Cole was very attentive with all our questions. The house was new and very well equipped. The 4 bathrooms were a real plus . We were all 50 to 83 years of age, but this also a great house for young families as it’s equipped with all kinds of toys and books for the kids. It’s also right next to King Pine ski area so would be wonderful for ski get away.

Awesome perfect fun-tastic vacation!

This house was beyond amazing…..brand new, walk right down the street to get on the slopes, and the owner even made a tubing slide in the backyard! Fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable, fabulous stay. All the adult bedrooms have their own private baths and the kids rooms (2) have multiple bunk beds so you can easily share with another family and know the kiddos will be comfortable. We did it all…some of us did down hill skiing, some tried cross country skiing and others had long gorgeous snowshoeing walks on the five minute away King Pine groomed trails. When we weren’t enjoying the beautiful location, we were making great meals.. a cook’s dream of a kitchen….or watching family movies in the rec room…also the site of some singalongs and shows put on by the kids. We can’t wait to come back and highly highly recommend!! The hosts have created the perfect place to make magical memories!!
