Great pet friendly house. Conveniently located, clean, spacious and comfortable. Had all the basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels etc) needed. Comfortable beds also! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for our family to stay!

We stayed at this property when we were in Santa Fe for a wedding and party. It was a great location - close to the two locations we were visiting. It had a nice size family room.

Great spot to stay with very accommodating host!

Peggy was incredibly accommodating leading up to our stay, getting us an iron so we could iron our clothes before we arrived for a wedding that was local! Home was clean and very comfortable for us all, would happily stay again!

This is a nice single family home. It is convenient to shopping and any needs that city folk would have. I enjoyed staying here. We had a little mix up when we first arrived with a lock code, but I was able to get in contact with the host even as late as we arrived and was able to get in. Thank you for letting us use your property.

Perfect quiet stay

House is perfect with all the kitchen amenities ( air fryer!) .. living room and TV is plenty of space for a large group or just 2 ! This is our go to place when in town !!

Spacious!

We stayed at this property for one week & everything was just as described. It was easy to access & they allowed me to bring my fur babies, wand there was plenty of space for walks around the property with them! Quick access to restaurants, activities, & the ballpark, where our son was playing in a tournament. Would stay here again if in the area!

Quiet and relaxing

Home is very comfortable and quiet. Plenty of space between house and other neighbors. We love the house due to convenience to our medical appointments at MDAnderson.

Wedding weekend stay

We celebrated our sons wedding, and the location to the venue was perfect. The home is very inviting. Open living space and great sized bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. The home fit our needs perfectly. The hostess was great. Excellent communication. We are so happy we found this hidden gem.

Nice House

We stayed for 1 night. It is a little difficult finding the house from the road especially at night. Make sure you are looking for the black mail box with the address numbers. There are about 3 different drive ways you could accidentally pull into. Maybe a sign or tall statue would be very helpful in recognizing which driveway to turn into. You have to come to a complete stop on a main road as well to turn into the driveway. Make sure to slow down long before you get there. The road name is also confusing and delivery services and google maps will get confused about the different names. Besides that, there was a big wasp nest at the front of the home when you walk in by the front door. I notified the owner to have it removed. We were charged for every guest we had over 4 people but they refunded the 2 guests that never stayed, so that was nice. Do not book this house unless you are willing to pay for every guest over 4 people, even if they are just visiting. Take your time researching places. It did sleep everyone comfortably however. 3 bedrooms and living is very spacious. Kitchen is spacious as well and if you bring everything, you can make some nice meals.

We thank this guest for the stay. Apparently he has not read any of the messages I sent to him via the platform, including check in information. There I clearly stated that do not use Google map to locate my house while all the other map apps work fine. I provided clear instructions how to get to the house. The extra guest fee is also stated in my message. Guests who have stayed at my house range from 2 to 9. Our nightly rate is set in a way that smaller groups has a smaller nightly rate than larger groups. This is clearly stated in the listing. For obvious reasons we don’t want our house to be a party house and thus we set the limit on the number of guests staying overnight as well as visiting. All these are in the house rules and house information I sent to the guest one week prior to check in, which he did not care to read. He also got the check out date wrong and we had to wait outside under 100 degrees for more than one hour before they vacated the house and rushed cleaning for other guests who checked in the same day. For those who have a large group but do not want to pay for extra guest fees, this is not the house for you.
