The trailer is older and there were no signs showing it was from Round Lake rentals. There is no picture on the VRBO website showing the outside of the mobile home. No keys were left on the table as the host described in a text. The bathroom needs remodeling. The beds were comfortable. The plug by the coffee machine did not work. The back door to the bigger bedroom does not lock.

I texted that the keys were in the boat decor on the kitchen cabinet, and they were indeed. I saw them this morning as I was cleaning. As I stated yesterday, I do not have an outside picture for the website as it is a dated mobile home and is far from beautiful, but that the inside is what we feature and a big hit with our guests! Majority of reviews mention it is very accurately described, including the bathroom. Plug in by coffee works as well. Regarding your rude phone call yesterday it is obvious you booked my rental without looking into the description of the building and thought you were renting a restaurant sized log cabin for 75.00/night, from seeing a picture of Trailside on my site. It's very unfortunate and unfair to be honest that you'd give such a low review based on your misunderstandings. I hope in the future you do some more research before booking a rental and being unsatisfied.

Fisherman's Paradise!!

The location was perfect for us! If you love the outdoors and especially fishing, this property is a great location. Everything was great. Highly recommend this property!!

Would be a great place for a guys fishing/hunting group. Not the best if you have smaller kids or seniors or anyone concerned with tripping hazards as there are a few. Very comfortable beds. Just spent the night so not sure about how stocked the kitchen is. No TV even though there is a satellite dish there.

Explored Itasca County ATV Trails

Great location in a beautiful part of Northern MN! Drive out the driveway and you are on the trail system. My son and I put on almost 200 miles in 1.5 days of riding in my SXS. We made it as far West as "The Lost 40". Pretty cool to see if you've never been. Highly recommend the Antler Lodge as well, they have great food.

I am fairly new to the world of VRBO so maybe I didn't read everything on listing correctly, but if you're looking for a bare bones hunting cabin, this is for you. We only needed someplace for a couple days while visiting family in the area. Great water pressure and enough hot water for all 4 of us to take showers back to back. There is no internet in unit but there is at local restaurants walking distance, which is fine but I guess I didn't know that until we had a rainy day inside, but boardgames provided by the owner was greatly appreciated. Only 1 AC unit that never got very cool and in only one back bedroom, but did offer small fan for the second bedroom. Beautiful area, owner provided firewood. For the cost and the large cleaning fee I guess I anticipated something different. Owner seemed nice and very responsive, even when we wrote later in the day.

I am sorry the property didn't meet your expectations. The listing I have posted is 100% accurate as to what to expect during the stay. As well as the fact there is no Wi-Fi and cell service is unreliable. It is unfortunate you gave a 2 star review just because you didn't read all the details of the property. Every cupboard is full of dishes and necessary items to make the stay complete. All quest reviews reflect that as well. 60.00 cleaning fee is very reasonable if you were familiar with the rental world a bit.

This property is located in a very quiet area. Makes relaxing very easy and enjoyable. Many recreational things to do during the day and chill by the firepit at night,or go grab a burger at the new restaurant just a minute up the road!
