Charming Cottage on Lovell Lake

Welcome to Casa Lago, our slice of paradise on Lovell Lake. This is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Enjoy 128 feet of pristine lake frontage with a large dock, firepit, and grassy area for yard games. A quick 1.5-hour drive from Boston, right off Route 16. Minutes from Poor People’s Pub and Tumbledown restaurant. Less than an hour from North Conway, the beaches of Maine, and several Ski Resorts.

The house's main entrance leads into the kitchen. There is everything you need to prepare delicious meals with indoor and outdoor dishes/glasses. Seating for five in the kitchen and six in the three-season porch, where wrap-around windows give you a chance to take in all the beautiful views of the lake while enjoying a meal.

The spacious living room is right off the kitchen. It includes a large flat screen with an Amazon Fire TV and a Chromecast to sign into your streaming services. A cozy sectional comfortably fits up to ten adults to enjoy a movie night.

In the living room, you can also find a workstation equipped with a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and USB charger. This is just what you need if you are trying to make your work days stress-free thanks to the lake life.

Reach the bedrooms through a hallway off the living room. The master bedroom comes with an adjustable king size bed and an additional day bed with a trundle. The guestroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed. Both rooms have a closet and a large bureau with plenty of room for all your storage needs. Linens are included.

The full bathroom can be entered from both the master bedroom and the guest room. It has a bathtub/shower combo and a large vanity. Bathroom towels are provided and are stored in one of the two bathroom closets.

From the kitchen, walk downstairs to the unfinished basement, where the washer and dryer are available for your use. A spare room, overlooking the lake, has a couch and chairs with a TV+Fire TV and Wii. A half bathroom is available in the basement with easy access to the lake through the garage door.

The patio has plenty of seating for outdoor meals cooked on the gas grill (provided with a full tank and grilling tools). Plenty of seating options including four Adirondack chairs around the firepit to roast up some evening smores.

You can relax on the hammock by the lake or enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard. There is a large Trex dock to access the water or fish. NH fishing licenses, rods, and worms are available at the local hardware store just minutes down the road.

This property comes with parking for up to four cars. The driveway is shared with our neighbors. Please follow the instructions in the provided guest package (upon booking) with the designated parking areas.

The house is entered from the street side through the kitchen entry door. Access is granted using a key stored in a lock box.

Outdoor areas are monitored by smart camera (lakeside, garage side and driveway).
