Wonderful Property

We had a glitch checking in, no one seemed to know who we were or who the owner of the property was. Eventually it got worked out and I am so glad because the property was beautiful with a deck that overlooked the ocean with huge crashing waves. We also overlooked the pool. The size of the property was very nice, 4 bedrooms, which was perfect for our family. I don't think I would change a thing. I highly recommend renting this property and in fact our family is thinking of doing it again next year

The condo is in a beautiful complex, gorgeous tropical landscape and right on the beach. There are several swimming pools to choose from. The condo itself is basic and charming, and the decks have an awesome view of the beach and city.

Awesome Vacation!!

The place was perfect just how I expected. It's right on the beach and near to supermarkets and restaurants. The location is fantastic. The place itself is very specious and had everything we needed. The only thing that didn't work was the signal for the TV. I called the front desk and a maintenance guy showed up but he couldn't fix the signal so we didn't have cable all week. Luckily the WiFi was working perfect so the kids were able to entertain themselves on their phones. Other than that, it was perfect!!

Los Tules is a classic

There are lots of newer and fancier locations in PV but Las Tules is our family’s favorite resort. We love the gardens and the variety of pools and the balance between nature and civilization. The unit was spacious, well maintained and has a lovely view of the ocean as its located on the upper levels. The staff at Los Tules is professional and friendly. We had a great experience!

The condo needs a little of updating, but other than that the stay was awesome. The condo was very spacious, had two balcony. The lower balcony was pretty big, would of enjoy it a lot better if it wasn't that humid that day. But house was nice and cool with AC in every room. Would definitely rent this place again.

Spacious apartment great location. The only thing was that I had no access to the safe. I called front desk and they were unable to help me. But other than that great experience. I would recommend it and I would rent it again.

Amazing retreat!

We stayed at this property for two nights and we never left the resort! All four adults and five children were happy and busy the whole time. The beach was perfect for relaxing on the sand and riding the mellow waves, the pools were perfect for swimming and hanging out, and the restaurant was delicious with superior service. Our unit was beautiful and spacious and Martin is an excellent, accommodating, and caring host.

Best Family Reunion

Our family reunion at Martin’s condo was the best. We all had a great time, the staff was very accommodating to our needs. We had our own space, and at the same time the main area was large enough to fit us all comfortable. My favorite area was the terrace, with dolphin-viewing in the morning, and the best sunsets at the end of the day. Thanks Martin for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Beautiful spot

What a great find! While I had driven past this resort many times, I had never been on the grounds. It is set in a grove of palm trees, back off the road, very shady and quiet. While it is an older resort (we really liked that part!) the buildings, grounds , pools, etc are well maintained. It is close to shopping and buses or taxis. The owner Martin, is very responsive and everything at the property is as advertized. The condo is quite large with two decks with excellent ocean views. We actually ate all of our meals outside which was a treat. It has a pool right in front of the condo, and the building is right next to the beach. We often had the pool and the beach to ourselves! There are stairs to climb as it is a third story property. We will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to P.V.

Loved this apartment!

It's even better than the pictures. The unit overlooks both the large heated pool and the beautiful beach, with an enourmous terrace with a full sized dining set under a roof plus room for sunning on loungers. The unit is very spacious- a room with 2 queen beds, one with 2 twin beds, and a large king bed suite with its own balconies and sitting room with a dining table and 2 couches. The location is excellent- right across the street from Plaza Caracol, where there is a large grocery store, plenty of take out food options, as well as banks, a movie theatre, phone shops, etc. There is a bus stop right in front of Los Tules, or the front desk will call you a taxi. The grounds are huge, and even during a busy weekend, the place never felt crowded. We could always find 5-6 loungers together at the pool, and there was rarely anyone else on the beach. The unit is in the building almost on the northern border with the Fiesta Americana, and the patch of beach closest is between two breakwaters, giving a calm spot for swimming. Martin and Lety were a pleasure to deal with, and answered emails very promptly. The front desk on the property was helpful - when you check in you receive your pool/beach towels for your stay, and you contact them to replace your water cooler or to have a bellman help with bags on departure. Loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we return to the area.

Great Family Friendly Vacation Property

Los Tules was the perfect location for our family. Highlights included proximity to Pool and Beach and views of the bay, sunsets, beach, etc.. The green open space of the Los Tules development provides a quiet retreat from the busy activities of town yet the location is an easy bus ride or taxi downtown. The property is spacious and well maintained and the Los Tules staff very friendly and attentive whenever needed. This particular unit is on the northern edge of the development and felt very quiet. We would for sure stay there again!

Wonderful location and setup

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo. We had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the pools and the beach. As both are close. The pictures and discription were accurate. The staff and the owner responded to our requests.

Is the nearest point to the sea where I live. It´s the place for holidays since I was young and now my own family enjoy it, however we use 10 weeks at year (at must)

This property is unique in Puertos Vallarta. Los Tules is the only condominum w/ 2 hcts of garden, near everything !! This Villa is situaded in front of the sea in a third floor; great view and nice sound
