Welcome to Sandy Souls Frisco- Stay in this upper level, 2 bedroom 1 bath hideaway that's every fisherman's dream.
Fully renovated yet retaining a rustic charm. The house sits on 1 acre with 3 sides of waterfront for fishing and a ramp to launch your own kayak /paddleboard, or bring your boat and dock it here with the ability for a 25' boat. Enjoy mornings on the Large front porch with a screened in area or the upper level deck over looking the Pamlico Sound with beautiful views of waterfront living and the most colorful sunsets.
We're within driving distance to restaurants ,shops and beaches. Our rental comes with everything that you need, free to use any time. A washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and gas grill.
Again this is just upper level living, the lower level is being renovated in the off season and is not occupied.

This is a great rental in a convenient yet somewhat secluded spot. The house was beautiful and clean, check-in was easy, it was great being up against the water. Closeto plenty of dining and attractions, we hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Out of all the places we have rented at the beach this has been the best. We enjoyed kayaking in the sound, watching sunsets from the porch. The home was cozy, clean, & the kitchen had all the appliances you needed.

Great little place right on the water. For me, my wife and our dog it was the perfect spot. Can't find many places to rent in the area with as much privacy as this house offers. Well stocked/appointed, clean, AC blew cold on some very hot days. No negatives to mention.

This was a truly wonderful home. It was clean, quiet, stocked with anything you could possibly need including items for the beach. We could not have been more happy with the choice. It was away from all of the noise, had beautiful views of the stars and sunset. The host was very responsive and the price was perfect. Just a couple miles from southern facing beaches made relaxing a breeze. We were very lucky to have found and stayed at this home and recommend it for anyone that was to experice the outer banks with that get away from it all feel.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable and in a quiet location. We were very happy to see the kitchen was equiped with nice stainless steel pots and pans. The kayak access to the sound was convenient, we enjoyed the ease of putting our kayaks in to explore the sound. And the house is close to everything on Hatteras; dining, groceries, the beach and shopping. Over all a very nice stay.

This was just such a wonderful place. The house is loaded with the comforts of home, cooking/cleaning supplies, nice appliances and comfy furniture. Everything is clean and in great shape. The property is really where this place shines though. The waterfront is so peaceful, we did so much fishing and enjoyed the sunsets on the sound from the upstairs patio. It’s secluded and away from the main roads which was perfect for quiet mornings and cozy evenings. I didn’t want to leave, but that’s okay because I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Ideal Getaway!

Anyone looking for a quiet stay right on the water, this is the place. Clean, easy to get to, with several outdoor activities available. The local restaurants in Frisco, Buxton, and Hatteras served delicious meals. We highly recommend Sandy Souls!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The proximity to water access was amazing! We brought our kayaks and enjoyed launching them right from the backyard. The sunsets were incredible! We loved the screened porch - perfect to sit and enjoy the views from.

Was such a cute place and my husband loved being able to fish right next to the house! It was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed at. They had absolutely everything you could need. Great location too. Great sunsets and sun rises.

My wife and I along with our two ankle-biter sized dogs rented this place in early August 2026. The Outer Banks are by far our favorite place to vacation but up until this point we've always stayed oceanfront or oceanside. This year we opted to try something on the inlet side but as usual finding a clean property that is dog friendly can at times be challenging. We came across this property and immediately liked what we saw as it seemed to have more exterior room for the dogs and less risk of traffic. The price was reasonable and immediately upon booking we received a message from the owner, Scott, who offered us the use of his kayak and paddle boat. Upon arrival check in was ready with a simple code and the property was spotless, recently updated and very comfortable with everything we needed to include clean linens, towels and a fully furnished kitchen (appliances, utensils, etc.). The views from the deck are beautiful and it's a quick, less than five minute drive to the closest public beach access and basically everything we needed. Having access to the inlet was incredible and we utilized the paddle boat several times to explore the bay as well as a small, secluded private beach nearby which was awesome.In short I've shared the details of this property to all of our friends and family and it goes without saying that we will absolutely book it again in the future.

Great Place to get away!

This property was awesome. It was very secluded and right on the water. The views from the balcony for sunrise and sunset were 5 star. There are solid restaurants and tackle shops within 5 minutes but it’s far enough away from the regular beach going crowd. Will stay again next year

We live in a small town in Ohio close to lake erie, Sandusky. It's inbetween Toledo and Cleveland known for Cedar point amusement park.
Our house was my grandfather's who moved here from Ohio in the seventies.
He was a commercial fisherman and started a retail business here, besides commercial fishings.
