Guests have access to the entire condo, also the small green space to the left of the building is great for a picnic or playing with the dog.

Other things to note:
► Unit #1 has 2 designated parking spaces that are clearly marked. Please park in our designated spaces only! The local residents love to Tow vehicles so be aware!!

► We delight in ensuring your stay is truly memorable. If you need help with our concierge service for groceries, beverages, flowers, or any other essentials, a chauffeur for stress-free travel, or a trusted babysitting service, don't hesitate to contact us. Our team is dedicated to meeting your needs and ensuring a smooth, pleasant experience throughout your stay.

► Please be informed that our pet fee stands at $50.00 per pet for each stay. However, for guests with 2 to 3 pets, an additional fee of $30.00 will be collected separately.

The host misrepresented the location of the property based on the locator map. Hosts representative tried to tell us initially that it was the VRBO platform. VRBO said it was the host that needed to verify accuracy. Host finally admitted it was their fault. We asked for a refund and host refused based on house being located within VRBO policy of 3 miles. We opted to stay elsewhere based on the inaccuracy of the online listing and the poor communication with the property manager.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points. Our property is located approximately 0.2 miles from the Square, which is about an 8 to 10 minute walk, and the full and exact address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions prior to arrival time. The map shown on the booking platform provides a general area view, while the precise location is always shared directly with guests ahead of time. Throughout our communication, we remained responsive and attentive, and we did our best to assist within the guidelines of the platform. For guest safety and transparency, all communication and resolution must remain on-platform, which is why we were unable to move the conversation elsewhere. Regarding the refund request, the reservation remained within VRBO’s policy, and our decision was based on those published guidelines. That said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and take all guest concerns seriously. We will certainly review how we communicate location details to help avoid any future confusion. At Velvet Ditch Villas, our goal is always to provide a clear, professional, and welcoming experience for our guests visiting Oxford, and we regret that this stay did not align with that standard. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
