One of the best houses I’ve ever booked! Gorgeous house, great patio, and a chefs kitchen. The beds are comfortable, cars are easy to get, and the neighborhood is so charming.

I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful, warm and well appointed VRBO home. The kitchen had everything you ever need to cook any type of meal. Honestly, the four of us, who stayed there, cannot say enough about this beautiful home! It was incredibly clean, lots of fresh towels , the bedding was so soft, would highly recommend staying here. Nancy was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was incredibly walkable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

What an amazing, well-maintained property! The Queen Anne location is fantastic, with great restaurants, shopping, and groceries within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The house (including the kitchen) has every convenience, and everything is well-maintained and easy to access. This is a great place where a family can gather in complete comfort. Our family had a great experience. We had easy and clear communication with host Nancy. If you are looking for a real, comfortable home base, consider this one!

This Queen Anne Hill House was absolutely perfect! Communication with the host was exceptional! The House is just as pictured and the deck off the kitchen is one of my most favorite places! Quiet, beautiful view, birds, ---- just relaxing. We rented the house for a graduation from Washington University. PERFECT LOCATION! Close to the University, Close to great Seattle Attractions, wonderful restaurants to walk to!

Fun friends trip

The house was so great for our large friend group. We were all able to gather in the large kitchen to cook breakfast and then chat in the living. Gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood

This was the perfect house for our family to stay for a wedding weekend. The rooms and deck were bigger than the pictures! Very clean and everything you needed. Nancy was a wonderful hostess. Would definitely recommend it!

The Parsons Garden/Canlis wedding weekend

My daughter lives in Queen Anne so decided to get married in Queen Anne and have dinner at canlis. The vrbo was perfect for our very special visit. Everyone loved the house and the balcony! It was extra special time together with family and frineds!

Our stay was perfect. Great house, great accommodations, great location and great owner. We were in town for a Mariners game and this was 100% better than a hotel.The house had everything that we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Great location for our son's wedding at Canlis. Perfect size and spaces for our group. Kitchen was great and nice to have basics like spices supplied. Thank you for the delicious cheese, salmon, and wine as a welcome gift. We were able to an enjoy the nice deck with the warm weather during our stay.

Peaceful Queen Anne Classic

What a lovely stay! The kitchen and deck area are particularly beautiful at this classic Queen Anne house on a quiet street overlooking Wolf Creek Ravine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the owner was so helpful and communicative. I can’t imagine a more well—appointed kitchen. Every appliance under the sun, yet it didn’t feel crowded :-`). Would go back in a heartbeat!

This house was the perfect place for our 5 day trip to Seattle - it’s easy to get to from the airport and is in a quiet neighborhood, which is great to settle into after a long day of sightseeing. We loved having three levels for our group of five. The outdoor space was wonderful - plenty of seats. One of our other favorite parts was how easy it was to walk Queen Anne and explore. We would absolutely recommend this property and these hosts to anyone looking to travel to Seattle - the goodies on the counter when we got to the house were the perfect thoughtful touch to kick off a fantastic stay in the Emerald City.

The Absolute Best

All the excellent ratings are true. But what makes this place The Absolute Best is the communication with the owner (Nancy) and the perfect location (walking distance to everything), and the Absolute Best deck in Seattle. Once you’re on that deck with a morning coffee you won’t want to leave. Oh, and to make it easier, Nancy leaves coffee and Half&Half!Our family of 8 could not have been more pleased for our 4-day stay. 8 5-stars all around!

This property was great for my family. main floor living, dining, well appointed kitchen and deck. Down stairs TV room, full bath and bedroom. Upstairs 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, We flew in from NJ so it was nice to have some things for the kitchen already there, like condiments and spices. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Parking is tight here and all over Seattle, rent a small car!
