Welcome to our incredible getaway, where you can soak in the stunning views of the Ocean and Marina while taking a deep breath of fresh air. Get ready to unwind and have a great time at this unique and peaceful retreat.

Our property is located in a private, securely gated community and consists of two units. The one available for your stay is conveniently located on the ground floor. Inside, you'll find two cozy bedrooms -a Master Bedroom with a King size bed and a second room with a comfortable queen bed.

The living room is spacious and perfect for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Don't forget to capture the fantastic Marina and Ocean views from the Foyer-it's instagram-worthy! And of course, we've got you covered with a well-maintained, stocked bathroom. There is also a furnished patio, where you can sit and relax, enjoying the view.

Parking won't be a problem, as we have a reserved area just for our guests, so you can easily access the unit. Simply grab the key from the lock box at the front door, and you're all set. The entire space is completely private, so you can relax and enjoy your time without any disturbances.

I also enjoy early runs in the morning at the different local beaches next to the property.
