Beautiful River Property. Situated right on the Snake River. This large property comes with a large, beautiful yard and mature shade trees perfect for large family events. With a private boat ramp and boats docks, there is fun for all. A hot tub on the back patio gives the perfect setting for a quiet evenings. A fully furnished home with 2 full kitchens, 2 family rooms and the ability to sleep 16 makes it a great place for family and friends. The property has 2 patios and an amazing landscape design at the rivers edge with a putting green for the golfers. Kayaks and water toys are available. For special requests we can accommodate larger groups with more sleeping options.

This place was great! Right on the river with its own dock. Fun to just walk down and be at the water ready to go!A nice property, beautiful yard and town isn’t too far away for what you need to grab.We had a fun and relaxing stay!We will stay again!

We loved our stay! The location was prime and perfect for boating and spending time in the water. The house fit our group well and the kitchen had the things we needed. It was nice to have the Blackstone for outdoor grilling. Also, the outdoor seating was great and the property was beautiful! The basement could have been cleaner/dusted, but overall the house was great! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location on the Snake River! We stayed with our 2 teenage girls and their friends, 7 total, and had an amazing time. The backyard and dock is gorgeous. Brock is great to work with for check in and out. The great room/kitchen area is spacious with a large comfy sectional and open kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice. I’d say the only downfall is the basement, especially if you’re going with a larger group that would need those accommodations. There are no windows in the entire basement and the only access to one room is through the bathroom so whoever uses that room would need to be very friendly with the other occupants of the basement. The bathroom also has the laundry in it and no privacy for the shower or toilet. Something to consider for a large group.

Our stay was lovely. We are considering it to be our annual holiday get-a-way. Everything in the house was perfect. The view is gorgeous, with the exception of no snow. The skiing at Pomerelle was fun, just wishing that there was more snow.

Great gathering place!

We had family from out of town stay here. Those of us who live locally would come and join. It worked out great. The owner was great to work with and quick to respond.

We had a great time staying here for a week and enjoyed being right on the water. The property is beautiful with lots of grass area to play bucket golf and let the kids run and play. The house was clean with lots of room for everybody to stay comfortably. Brock was wonderful to work with and very attentive to anything we might need! Thanks for the wonderful get-a-way!Jim

Absolutely beautiful piece of property right on the river. The endless lawn is immaculately upkept, and that comes straight from my ex-landscaper husband. Brock was extremely accommodating and made our stay everything we needed! We hope to come back some day.

Short stay but would have liked to stay longer

After an issue finding the house everything was perfect Riverfront was perfect for our interest; kayaking, fishing, kids play area, rest and relaxing. Jacuzzi was a hit for the kids and fishing for Smallmouth Bass was great for everyone who wanted to participate. Catch and released over 20 for the two days. Would definitely recommend this location

Beautiful property

We loved staying here! The property is beautiful and well kept. There was a large grass area for us to lounge, play croquet and kickball. The kayaks supplied were so fun to use! Brock was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful, clean comfortable

Highly recommend, plan on staying here again, one thing to consider is one room has large blow up air beds vs. traditional mattresses. Quiet property and great for large groups, plenty of room to spread out ! Highly recommend

Pretty nice. Fire Pit was tough to start but we got it. Way to big for us but fit the bill.

Relaxing Family Getaway

This was my first time booking at Vrbo and I can say that was so impressed by the ease and availability of the host Brock to address any questions I had. The property was so beautiful and it met all my family needs. I would definitely keep this property in mind for further stays. My family enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub, deck and the view was spectacular. We even set up our Cornhole board and hammock on the grass.

Pitcure do not do thus property justice.

Brock has an amazing property. It has views in all directions. Tons of space for a whole family. A private dock and boat ramp. There is a putting green and lush green grass on the entire property. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.
