This inviting two-bedroom, one-bath condo is designed to feel like your home away from home, offering comfort, space, and a prime island location just one block from the beach.

Set over two levels, the condo feels open and spacious, giving everyone room to relax after a full day in the sun. You’re perfectly situated in the heart of Brigantine, with a short two-minute walk to local restaurants, casual dining spots, and charming boutique shops. Whether you’re grabbing morning coffee, heading out for ice cream, or picking up dinner to enjoy back at the condo, everything is close and convenient.

After a magical beach day, come home and unwind in the cozy, beach-themed living room. Sink into the seating, kick back, and enjoy a movie night on the 55” smart TV, the perfect way to end an active island day.

Just off the living room is an eat-in kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you’re cooking a family dinner, enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading to the beach, or bringing home takeout from one of Brigantine’s local favorites, the kitchen makes it easy and comfortable.

Upstairs, you’ll find two welcoming bedrooms designed for rest and privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and direct access to a private balcony, a lovely spot to enjoy fresh ocean air in the morning or unwind in the evening. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. We also provide all bedding, towels, and essential bathroom necessities, so you can pack light and settle in easily.

One of the best parts of staying here is how effortlessly the beach fits into your day. Step outside, walk one block, and your feet are in the soft sand of Brigantine Beach. The beach is flat and family friendly. Ideal for watching kids play, laying out under the sun, or enjoying beach games together. To make your stay even easier, we provide four beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys, so you’re ready to enjoy the shore from day one.

A block and a half from the beach, the location is ideal because it’s in close proximity to it as well as many restaurants and shops in the heart of Brigantine. A pleasant stay, well kept condo and the owners invest and take great care of their property. They communicate well and often and look out for your best interest during your stay. Me and my fiancé love staying here!

Great location, good for small family

My husband and our two young boys stayed for a long weekend and you can not beat the location. Short walk to beach and so many great restaurants made it such a relaxing few days. No need to move the car. You can tell the owners are extremely thoughtful and the house had every little thing you could need.

The condo was great--information provided before stay was so thorough. Short walk to the beach. So clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the treat--yummy! Stay once and fall in love!

This adorable beach condo was perfect for my solo getaway. I wanted a place in a small community where I could walk to the beach and I loved every minute of it- I was so sad to leave. Jill and TJ are such wonderful hosts, and they cared so much about how my trip was going, it was like I had made new friends. I will definitely rent again!

Great family time at the beach !

We had such a wonderful vacation...The house was perfect for us 3 (2 adults and a 4 y.o.)...very well situated (a block from the beach and near shops ans restaurants). Everything was as described on the property page. Jill and TJ Mortensen took really good care of their guests...the communication was easy, simple and effective. We couldn't hope for better hosts. Cozy weekend in Brigantine

Thank you Tom and Jill for allowing me and my girlfriend to stay at your condo last weekend! We had an amazing time! The condo is spacious and comfortable! Tom and Jill are great w/ communication and gifted us w/ delicious cheesecake! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here -- so much that we ended up extending our trip by an extra night! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to my last-minute inquiry. We got lucky it wasn't rented that night, and they made it very easy to submit payment for another night.It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is spacious and had everything I needed to cook. I appreciated all the amenities, like bath products, soap, paper towels, etc. It made it easy to start our vacation before getting to the store. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom to get fresh air at any time and hear the beach sounds!Location is great! You can't beat the one-block walk to the beach and being close to everything downtown. Yet it is still a quiet condo building. The unit's parking spot is very convenient for packing and unpacking. The area is very nice. Can't wait to stay again sometime soon!
