Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Floride, Crescent Beach - Cette grande villa de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain est appox. 1000 pi2 Il dispose d'un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, ac centrale / chaleur, parking couvert, véranda projeté, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité! L'unité est non-moquette et dispose d'un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit. La villa dispose de 3 téléviseurs, dvd. Il est à quelques pas des eaux turquoise du golfe du Mexique. Le complexe magnifiquement entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Il ya 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, grande piscine chauffée, salle de jeux, jeu de palets et une plage devant la cour pittoresque où vous ferez l'expérience des couchers de soleil inoubliables. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, nautique, parachute ascensionnel, tennis, galeries dans la région. Busch Gardens, Disney sont une courte distance en voiture. Faites vos valises et de se joindre à nous à l'île Maison pour rendre vos vacances un moment plus mémorable !!

Loved the grill area ease of going in/out of the property. Laundry facility was clean. The only thing to improve this unit would be beach chairs because the property does not let you take their beach chairs down close to the water. We enjoy sitting close to the water and soaking up the sun. They only allow you to go halfway down the beach with chairs.

Great family spot

Location is great! Condo perfect for a family with two bedrooms and a pull out sleeper sofa. Definitely would recommend if looking at Siesta Key. Easy trolley ride or golf cart from the shops/ restaurants if not up to driving/ finding parking.

Just what the Doctor ordered !

The island house villa we stayed at , was just what we needed to rejuvenate ourselves . The grounds were were very well kept, with very easy access to one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been on . Everything that you would ever need is within a 5 mile radius . If you would like to venture out there is plenty of options for tours . This was our first trip here, but would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet laid back place to rest . Don’t get me wrong , if you want to party there is plenty of bar and restaurants to accommodate you nearby!

2021 Family Vacation

The property was very clean, perfect location to walk many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the Villas, parking for loading and unloading is very convenient. Villa location was close enough to easily get to the beach. Enjoyed the grilling area and shuffle board was a fun family game. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been renting this villa for a couple weeks through the past years. It’s very accommodating, close to the beach, and we always enjoy our stay. It is apparent that V22 is in need of a facelift and updates. I had the opportunity to visit other villas on my recent visit and V22 is by far lacking in updates. It needs paint, and the furniture & appliances are looking worn. The furniture fabric is appearing quite soiled. I intend to visit Island House again next year but not sure it will be V22.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, great location with short walk to the beach. AC didn't work, had to get maint to fix it. Fixed in a very timely manner. Living room fan sounded like it was going to come off of the ceiling. Told front desk, nothing was done. Bar chair screws came out making it un usable. Told front desk and nothing was done. Called back and was told that we have other chairs to sit on. Whomever sits in the front office could use some customer service training. Made it seem like we bothered him. Overall, the place was nice.

Thank you for your comments. As you can see when you reported the ac not working we immediately fixed it as it was a emergency. You then reported the chair which we wrote a work order for as it was not a emergency. We have 73 units here, not 1. You called the office 3 times in one day about a screw missing in the chair, then the fan which you insisted on having on the highest setting causing it to sound like that. I informed you we would be fixing it as soon as we could get maint to come repair. The unit was equipped with enough chairs for your whole family. I am sorry but emergency work orders take preference. Most guests are out on the beach and enjoying the area while on vacation, not calling the office all day long about one screw missing. Come on.

Just what we needed!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The kids loved the short walk to the beach and the heated pool. Couldn't keep them out of there. In the morning we took our bikes down to the beach and headed to the village for breakfast. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our trip. Can't wait to return in 2021.

2019 spring break at the Island house villa 22

My kids and I stayed for 1 week and 1 day over spring break and had a very nice time. The Villa was right in the middle point of the pool and the beach so an easy walk to either. Also within a nice walking range from shops and restaurants at Stickney Point road.The property area was well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend the Island House and would stay there again.
