This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa offers comfort, style, and privacy just steps from the beach. The primary ensuite features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes 2 twins beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful beach to visit. We haven’t found one we enjoy more. This is our 1st stay at Island house and would return without a doubt. This unit has a very close proximity to the sand which is perfect for us. We have visited Siesta Key yearly (and sometimes more) for about 30 years. Love the Village for dining as well, particularly Daiquiri Deck. Only complaints about the unit we stayed in was that the blind had several pieces missing & it could have been a bit cleaner.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach and pool were spectacular! The pool was located at the entrance of the property and was quite a hike from one to the other. If you have physical limitations this place would be a nightmare! Villa 2 had updated kitchen appliances and a nice large television. Other than that, this condo was pretty dingy, had a strong smell of Chinese food, furniture was old and held the smell in, beds were extremely uncomfortable, the vintage blow dryer (Windemere Pro 122 from the 80’s) was pretty cool but after about 2 minutes would smell like it was going to catch fire. You had to let it cool for about 5 minutes before it would turn on again. The bulky curio cabinet filled with odd knick-knacks was very cumbersome and unnecessary. I think what irritated me more than anything was that paper towel (not even one roll) and dish soap was not provided. I know this sounds like a small thing, but without a car, it was not easy to just go pick up. Unfortunately, we did not receive the link to the portal informing us of that until 3 days after our arrival, so we did not add it to our Publix delivery order. This was a hot topic at the pool (I overheard this in multiple conversations). It would make more sense to upcharge your rooms $5 and provide those items. It is those little things that make a big difference. My last complaint is with the gross laundry room. It was filthy dirty. The washer and dryer each required four quarters. Fine, but not so easy without a change machine on site. Also, there was no option to purchase detergent or softener. I travel frequently and have stayed in a lot of places. This ranks low on my list. Fortunately, we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Siesta but will not be staying or recommending the Island House.

It didn't have the updated bathrooms (no fans etc.) -closet doors were squeaky, parking was an issue for more then two cars, nice pool table but no tips on the cues. V@ though just seemed tired and dated. Now other villas at Island house are very nice and have enjoyed many vacations. Lastly, they have really upgraded their security. I sure like that!

It is the perfect spot to unwind, explore, and create memories. The pristine white sandy beaches, crystal clear beaches, and small beach town feel is our ideal getaway! There are plenty local spots to enjoy or bring your own food to grill on on-site BBQ grills. You can also rent kayaks or paddleboards to be dropped off, rent or bring your own bikes to cruise into town or take the free trolly.
