I really needed a weekend to get away from the city. This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend. The lighted dock was great and I was able to catch a number of trout.
This was our second time staying. We fell in love with it the first time and knew for our short weekend trips, we would return. Plus it's a great spot for fishing and photography.
Great place to stay and fish!!! The shed is perfect size for a long weekend getaway with the family. Host is very responsive to all messages no matter the time of day. We will definitely be making another trip back to Sargent and staying here!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and clean. The cabin was comfortable and cozy and had everything you needed. We loved the private fishing dock and the convenient proximity to the beach. We would definitely visit again.
This small and well stocked house is perfect! It’s close to many popular fishing spots not to mention the nice on site pier. Will definitely return. Best host ever too!

The Seagull Seaculsion is fantastic. The house was clean and neat, it has everything you need. Fishing was great! You have your own private pier to fish from. Owner were very responsive and nice and welcoming.. we highly recommend staying here. Great for a couples getaway. Happy Anniversary to us!!
I totally love the cabin will be back for sure we stayed 2 nights and cought alot of fish off the pair lost 2 big fish. The owner is really nice and friendly. She makes you feel like home very clean little cabin for 2. Thanks for having us we will see you soon
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Everything works and the area was nice and quiet. Fishing off the pier was good with live shrimp. We caught nice flounder and some reds just under keeper size and several small black drum. Not specifically about this property but for those who haven't visited the area, make sure to bring your OFF max strength DEET.
