O imóvel e excelente, porém a localização quando a gente chega assusta um pouco , pois ao redor tem alguns moradores de rua. Mas não tem nada a ver com o imóvel. Anfitrião muito prestativo...gostei muito.

Imóvel muito bom, espaçoso, preço ótimo, o Luciano muito prestativo. Única coisa que nós incomodamos foi em relação ao redor da casa, tem muitos moradores de rua e bastante lixo, toda hora passa alguém batendo no portão pedindo alguma coisa. Mas não tem relação com a casa e sim com a localização. Ficamos muito bem instalados.

Ótima experiência

Eu e minha família adoramos passar o natal na casa que é ótima e acomodou muito bem a todos, inclusive idosos e crianças. A maior parte do tempo curtimos a piscina e churrasqueira e quando faltava algo bastava ir na outra rua que possui todo tipo de comércio, além da proximidade com a famosa Praia de Ponta Negra e outros pontos turíscos, restaurantes. Luciano é um excelente anfitrião e o tempo todo nos auxiliou em nossas necessidades, gratidão Luciano! Feliz 2021!

A hospedagem ocorreu no mês de fevereiro e nos acomodou bem, conforme havíamos combinado com o anfitrião, que por sinal é muito educado e disponível a negociações a fim de satisfazer seus hóspedes. O que ficou de crítica, espero que construtiva, foi referente a alguns utensílios da copa (especificamente panelas) por estarem envelhecidos, amassados ou mal conservados. Do mais, a casa bem decorada, limpa, aconchegante, uma ótima localização, uma rua tranquila, com mercadinho próximo e rapidinho se chega à praia da ponta negra.

Pra quem quer casa grande e tranquila

A casa é grande e confortável,eramos um grupo de 10 pessoas e 3 crianças, que todos ficaram muito bem acomodados. a casa fica um pouco distante da praia e do agito, mas com um pouco de disposição da pra ir a pé, quem procura um local tranquilo é uma boa pedida. Daria só um pouco mais de atenção a churrasqueira e algumas panelas. Luciano, muito receptivo e atencioso, foi um prazer para toda a minha família.

Boa localização, o estado geral da casa é bom e a limpeza também, mas encontramos formigas em dois quartos e baratas em um, jogamos inseticida e resolvemos o problema, algumas panelas precisam ser trocadas porque estão em estado precário e a suíte menor carece de uma melhora pois tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo e ar o condicionado faz muito barulho. De uma maneira geral nos atendeu, tanto que ficamos mais um dia.

Passamos cinco dias nessa casa maravilhosa. Fomos bem recebidos, proprietário muito gente boa, educado e gentil. Casa perfeita, tudo conforme visto no site, sem surpresas desagradáveis. A casa é exatamente conforme consta nas fotos, tudo muito organizado, localização muito boa, próximo a mercados e farmácia, é possível ir a pé até a praia de Ponta Negra. O Luciano é muito prestativo e solícito, sempre que precisamos ele nos atendeu prontamente. Nós hospedamos em 8 pessoas por 8 dias e foi tudo muito bom. Nossa única ressalva é com relação a um dos quartos (externo) ser um pouco pequeno para casal, caso fosse uma cama de solteiro seria ótimo. Recomendamos o imóvel e com certeza voltaremos.
