Thank you for the 5-Star review. We always try to give our guest a 5-Star experience. I understand you and your group enjoyed the golfing offered in Hilton Head. I hope you also got a chance to the Heritage golf event. Regarding the pool heater, indeed it was broken. For that we apologize. The heater broke a few weeks prior to your stay and a new one was put on order as soon as we found out about the situation. Unfortunately, there was a 2-3 week lead time on the new heater and it arrive toward the end of your stay. I believe it was installed a day or two prior to your departure. As we did not have a request from you for the pool heater to be turned on until after your arrival, by that time it was too late to offer pool heating. Please note the new heater is in place and functioning properly. Again, sorry for any inconvenience. With that, we are glad you had a 5-Star experience and we hope to host you again. As a golfer myself, I am glad to hear your golf group enjoyed our home. Hilton Head offers great courses and some outstanding course values. With our home located on the North end of the island, we are 10 minutes from 11 on-island courses and about 15 minutes from 6 off-island courses. Add in some of the private clubs and other off-island courses and you have your choice of over 30 courses within a 25 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. The house was great, spacious and very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool. 32 Crabline is in close proximity to everything.

It allows all guests (especially kids) to have year round enjoyment when the ocean water is too cold. We are also glad you found the home spacious and comfortable. Very nice ! Kitchen was well furnished Need to bring tissues and extra toilet paper. Very nice accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Suited our needs perfectly.

Wonderful Vacation
The property was great, close to local restaurants, easy walk to the beach and other activities. The property was well maintained, and we loved the pool area.
We had a party of 11 and the property had plenty of room for everyone. I found the area safe and quiet. We actually met one resident who was very friendly.
All in all a great visit, I wouldn't hesitate booking this unit again.

With a 90% 5-Star rating rate from our guests, we are surprised by your comment on the house not being clean to your standards. Our cleaner has been with us for 11 years and she is very meticulous about ensuring the home is well cleaned for all guests. As my property manager or myself did not receive a call regarding any cleaning issues upon your arrival or during your stay, we can only assume the house was cleaned to the same standard it is always cleaned to for all guest. That standard is always a meticulous cleaning. We are glad you enjoyed the neighborhood which all guest find quiet and convenient to the beach and attractions. This is one of the many advantages our home offers over others on the island. With all this said, we are again glad you had a 5-Star stay and we hope to host you again in the future. Family beach week
We loved this place! We spent the week there leading up to my daughters graduation from SCAD. The house was clean and we cooked many family meals during our stay.
It is a pretty good walk to the beach, but if you are not up to it, a bicycle or the golf cart shuttle make it easy. Loved the screened in pool, it is perfect at night when you just want to sit around the pool and not get eaten by mosquitoes.
Would definitely stay here again.

As noted in many reviews, our cleaning company is top notch and we consider cleanliness to of upmost importance to us. This will always be a top priority. As our home is beachside, you have two beach options. Singleton Beach is semi-private and Burkes Beach is public. Both can be accessed during peak season using our FREE Golf Cart Shuttle Service. If you choose to walk, its about 7 minutes or 2-3 minutes by bike. Also, thank you for noting our pool is screened in. This serves two purposes.
