Mariner West está ubicado en el extremo este de Panama City Beach, Fl, en el Golfo de México, conocido por sus playas de arena blanca. Mariner West está orientado a la familia y accesible para discapacitados. Hay tiendas, restaurantes y numerosas actividades a solo unos minutos.

Nuestra unidad 410 es un condominio muy cómodo y luminoso con un gran balcón envolvente. Cuenta con 1 cama queen y 1 cama matrimonial en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cocina cuenta con lavavajillas, nevera con máquina de hielo, horno, microondas y una amplia gama de platos, cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. También hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora estándar. Además hay 2 baños completos. Esta unidad también tiene cable, reproductor de DVD y un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'en la sala de estar y pantalla plana de 32' en el dormitorio e internet inalámbrico.

Mariner West también tiene una piscina situada al lado de la playa y el océano, parrillas a gas y mesas de picnic, tejo y una sala de juegos con mesa de billar. El precio es excelente, la unidad es maravillosa y las playas son espectaculares, realmente disfrutará de su estadía aquí.

Enjoyed so much!

We had a great stay in this unit! From the start we got a text saying our room was clean early and could check in as soon we were ready. I was so excited! It was our second time at this property but first time in this unit, with this host, but otherwise we knew what to expect. The room was the perfect temperature and very clean. The two beds in the bedroom worked so well for us since we have small children that don't like to sleep in a different room in an unfamiliar place. I was able to sleep peacefully on vacation!!! The room with the washer and dryer was neat and had plenty of chairs, boards and some kids toys if needed and we were able to put our beach stuff in there without bringing it in the room or just leaving it outside the door each day. We very much enjoyed our stay and communication with the host!

Great Property at Mariner West!

Our family has been visiting Mariner West for the last 30+ years. This was a great property with some nice updates. The host was very communicative and made sure we had a great time. Looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect Place!

We can not say enough about his condo! The wrap around balcony and the view alone are what make this place special!! Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. It was also stocked with everything we needed to be able to prepare meals throughout the week. The hosts also did a wonderful job of communicating with us. It’s location is also perfect! Quiet with access to the beach but close to all the fun tourist attractions in PCB. We are definitely going to stay here again when we come back in the future.

Good Times

This is the second time staying at Mariner West and I don’t know that I will ever stay anywhere else. The property is small and clean. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all of the things PCB has to offer! See ya next year!

Some work-some play

My brother and I had some family business to attend to in Panama City. We stayed in a lovely condo right on the beach and on days we didn’t work we enjoyed the Sun and relaxing on the balcony and beach. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect time and the hosts were so gracious and lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back again.

Absolutely love this condo and this location where Mariner West is located. The owner and cleaning lady were so attentive to any questions or issues we had! Beyond great customer service!! Just perfect!

My sisters and I spent 7 days in this beautiful beach home and everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. Laura made sure we had all the information we needed for check-in and out and, though we had no issues during our stay, she made sure I knew she was available anytime. Mariner West is an older complex but is wonderfully maintained, very clean and orderly… kudos to the building manager and maintenance staff. There are no wooden chairs and umbrellas lined up on the beach so the view from the balcony is peaceful and appealing which is where we spent many of our hours.

2023 Family Vacation

The condo was in a great location, right on the beach. The wrap around balcony was a great bonus for us! It was fully furnished . Met all our needs and then some. We had a small issue initially but Laura was quick to respond to me and we got it resolved. 5 stars and recommend to anyone looking for a condo on the beach with amazing views!

Great condo.

Our Mariner West Condo was very nice. It is an older complex but well maintained. The elevator is a little small and slow but it was never busy so it wasn’t a problem. The condo was great and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were great too. I would definitely recommend it.

We love The Mariner

We always love our stay at The Mariner. We love the location and it's not crowded like the bigger condos. Besides the bed being a little uncomfortable, we loved everything about it. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great Stay

We’ve been traveling to Fl over 20 years and this is by far one of our favorite stays. The condo was clean, very well equipped with everything you need, the complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good area of restaurants / grocery stores and Laura was super to work with. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely return!

We are Buck and Laura Simonson and we live in Midlothian, VA. Laura grew up in Columbus, GA and has been staying at the Mariner West for over 35 years. An opportunity to own a unit presented itself and we are super excited. We love the peace and quiet you find here. This complex is family oriented , perfect for families with kids, newly weds who are looking for alone time, or senior citizens and snowbirds.

This unit provides a relaxing vacation for us. With only 58 condos in our building and a residence only complex on one side, we have a nice stretch of beach to soak up the sun and the view. If you are looking for condos with water parks, restaurants and bars onsite, this is not the condo for you. If you want quiet, family friendly and super close to the water, check us out.

The wrap around balcony is one of only 12 at Mariner West. The extra space and breeze is heavenly. Add the recent renovations and you have a perfect getaway.
