Hermoso condominio frente al mar en la planta baja que está convenientemente ubicado en las hermosas playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México en Panama City Beach, Florida. No espere en los ascensores ni suba escaleras para llegar a esta unidad o salir a la playa. La unidad tiene cama king size en master con TV de pantalla plana. Hay camas DOBLES en la sala de literas ... así que junto con un sofá cama para 6 personas. El condominio cuenta con hermosos muebles nuevos de Sunbrella con sofá con un cómodo colchón de 6 pulgadas y una gran televisión de pantalla plana en la sala de estar. Siéntase seguro cuando salga del patio (con parrilla de barbacoa) al área del patio cercado y al patio de barajas. Las sábanas incluidas son sábanas, mantas, toallas de baño, etc., pero traiga sus propias toallas de playa. Las sillas de playa / sombrillas y los juguetes de arena, etc. están disponibles para usar junto con el servicio de playa que se puede comprar en el sitio. Desde el condominio puede ingresar al área de la piscina cercada o salir de la cerca a la playa. Perfecto para familias con niños pequeños o personas mayores. Such an amazing condo

This condo is perfect for a single/small family! It’s very very family oriented, quiet no rift raft. The beach is literally right out your door. I loved it so much. I will definitely rent again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this exact property. We LOVE IT!! The pool and beach are just steps from your ground floor condo. We have never had any complaints. This is a quiet little secret getaway spot that will definitely keep you happy!!

Great quiet ground level condo

We loved this condo! Nice king bed with attached bathroom. The bunk closet is bigger and more private with sliding doors. Perfect for teens! Loved the ability to run in and go bathroom and get drinks/snacks and go right back out to the pool and beach a few feet away. Smaller complex which we love allows you to park and bring you stuff in and out easily. I would stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

Loved staying here! Opposite end of the hustle and bustle of Pier Park. Loved the first floor condo, out the door and on the sand in literally 15-20 feet! Would gladly stay here again! Front door a little tricky to lock, that was literally our only constructive criticism. Owners super responsive to our communication when we asked about a second parking pass- had it within 20 minutes!

Fall Break

Ground level is a must with small children. This condo was clean and super convienent. The pool is just a few steps away and the beach is just beyond the pool. Just pack clothes, beach towels and everything else is already there. We will absolutely be back!

The unit could have been cleaner. We didn’t have a dustpan. The bottom bunk had sad in the bed when we got there. The toilet in the hall was nasty around the bottom of it.

Construction site

The building was under major renovation while we were there 6-2-22 to 6-9-22 and it was not disclosed until we pulled into parking lot to see scaffolding set up all over building. The workers started at 7 am so no sleeping in for entire week. The pool fencing was being rebuilt so there were workers and saws set up around pool. All the grass was gone from in front of our walk out balcony . Pictures online were very deceiving from reality, we have requested a refund on-site host and Rairview LLC have yet to respond.

Great location, minor updates needed.

Condo was located on first floor, few steps to beach and pool. The enclosed area was perfect for our kids to play while we relaxed on the patio. The view was great and we enjoyed shelling on the beach in the mornings. Kitchen was equipped with all essentials (except a sufficient amount of kitchen towels). Washer/dryer right across room was very convenient (need a laundry basket). Plenty of beach toys and equipment provided. Only negatives were the cleanliness upon arrival (which was addressed quickly) and minor maintenance work/updates needed- (which include: replacing stained/worn furniture and fixing minor cosmetic issues- such as: the broken refrigerator drawers, toilet paper holder, and repairing shower drains to both bathrooms). We would definitely consider returning, but would like to see updates made.

Love the easy access to beach and pool!

We really enjoyed our stay, we absolutely love PCB. The only thing that was a negative was the master bed. It was pretty uncomfortable.

Super convenient

This is our second visit to Mariner East. The ground floor condo makes beach life a breeze. From beach chairs, boogie boards, to kitchen tools and ice trays everything- including the outside storage closet- is well stocked for everything you can possible need for a relaxing, low-key vacation. It is quiet and not crowded. We love the location away from the busy Pier Park and the close proximity to some of our favorite restaurants like Bayou on the Beach, Outlaw BBQ, Saltwater Grill, Panama Pizzeria, and Schooners. Several touristy stores are right down road -which my teenagers loved.

Excellent trip.

Property was extremely conveniently located on the first floor right next to the pool and walkway to the beach. Still have great views of the water from the rooms so no worry there. Only issue is the sink is loose in the kitchen which needs to be replaced but not an issue that hampered any part of our trip. The staff that is there is minimum but extremely friendly. One of our party fell walking up the steps from the pool to the room. No injuries just a good laugh the next morning. Told the staff that we didn't see the last step walking up as it was not lit up. They diligently worked for two days getting all of the lighting around the steps and recreation area fixed and operational. Great job!

Another Great Stay

Despite all the construction going on, we had a great stay once again this year at this lovely condo! So great, I'm headed back to it for bike week this week :). All units are receiving new sliding glass doors on the ocean side which are super nice. New exterior doors were installed while we were there for the lobby area and pool exit ... Was glad to see there were a lot more bath towels for this visit. It's always very clean! Opening up into the grass area fenced away from the pool is a big plus when you have little ones, who like to run and play. Thanks again for a great stay!

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our time staying at Biltmore Beach! It was a beautiful condo. We all loved staying on the ground floor. It was so nice to not have to wait on an elevator! The view was absolutely beautiful! The condo was perfect and we will definitely consider this condo again when looking for a place to stay. There was plenty of space and seating! The staff members we talked with were very nice and helpful. They were working on installing new doors, so unfortunately we heard workers two days we were there working loudly working on the condo above us, as well as another around ours. We do understand things need to be replaced and updated, so we definitely would not let this keep us from staying at this condo again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location!

We stayed here over fall break and had a great stay! We had a family of 5 and had plenty of room for everyone. The ground floor unit is a difference maker especially with kids! Cindy was very attentive to any questions I had and had them answered in no time. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook. They had chairs and toys for our use as well. The pool was clean and the area around it was very well maintained. Even being fall break, it wasn't crowded and we had plenty of room on the beach which is what is great about this property. We are hoping to be back to this same unit soon!! If you're looking for fresh seafood, Shrimp city isn't far and we got delicious shrimp!

Location, Location, Location = Convenience!

We had a great time at the first floor, ocean front condo! Location made for convenience! We didn't even take down our towels sometimes because the showers were so close to our door that we just grabbed them before we went back inside. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bath towels were absorbent. Even though it was the Labor Day weekend, it was very quiet. We will definitely plan to come back!
