Now open for Belmont! Fantastic location for your summer in Saratoga Springs, home of the famous Saratoga Race Course and Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Easy walk to downtown and everything that brings people to Saratoga.

Complete private home with three bedrooms, two queen-size beds, one full bed, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Our backyard has an in-ground swimming pool, screened porch, Weber gas grill, outdoor gas firepit, and premium outdoor furniture.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is close to downtown Saratoga. You can walk 10 minutes and be at our favorite eatery called The Local Pub & Teahouse on Beekman Street.

What makes this property unique

Our house looks small from the outside but has a big feel once you are inside. The screened porch and pool add so much space, too. It's so private in our backyard pool area that you don't even feel like you are this close to downtown! There is a second living space in basement (cool in summer) with wine bar and beer fridge.
