30 day minimum stay in a 2 bedroom house with an additional office and 2nd living area configured as a studio/workout area. The house is very close to open space and trails for walking/hiking/running and biking. Outdoor living area on north facing deck. Views of mountains and foothills. Close to downtown and in a quiet part of town.
