Enjoy a stylish experience at this 4 BR resort like vacation home! Located near historic Victoria Ave, the home is gorgeous and always super clean. The backyard is like a paradise. Enjoy the beautiful weather with a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning or a gorgeous dinner in the evening. Just 5 mins- mall, parks, fwy, and restaurants. 15 mins- UCR. 20 Mins to NOS. 45 mins to Disney.

The space

The Kitchen:
Fully functional kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. We have a Keurig coffee station stocked with Starbucks pods, tea, sugar, and cream. We also have an electric kettle, cups, mugs, a rice cooker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, knives, cutting boards, and colanders. The kitchen is stocked with a spice rack, dish washing soap, sponge, paper towels and trash bags. We have 5 days or more of supplies for you. If you should need additional supplies an Albertson groceries store is only a 2-minute drive.

The Bedrooms:
1 Queen Size bed in the master bedroom. A queen size bed in Bedroom #2. A full-size bed in bedroom #3. A full-size bed in the open concept bedroom #4. We can accommodate additional guests with rolling twin beds and floor mattresses. White linens, pillows, and comforters on all beds. Extra pillows, linens, and comforters in closets. We also provide luggage racks, hampers, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

The Bathrooms: 2 Full size.
We have towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, toilet paper, and a blow dryer for your use. We have 5 days or more of supplies for you. If you should need additional supplies Albertson groceries store is a 2-minute drive.

About the Location:
Located steps from the historic Victoria Avenue walking path. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, the 91 freeway, and the La Sierra Metro link terminal. It's a great location with a lot of convenient amenities nearby. There's a McDonalds, Denny’s, Thai food, Vietnamese Pho beef bowl, Dominos, Mexican food, all you can eat sushi, Albertsons, and dough nut shop nearby, just a 2 minute drive. The mall and park are a few minutes’ drive as well. UCR is 10 miles away and a 15 minute drive. Disneyland is 30 Miles away and a 45 minute drive. Huntington Beach and other Beaches are 45 minute drive. If you need help finding places, need recommendations, tips for visiting Disneyland etc.... I can help you.

Free parking. 2-3 car parking on the driveway. More parking in front of the house. 5 Cars maximum. Garage is for owner storage. Please no RVs, commercial vehicles such as semi-trucks or large construction trucks, hitch, trailers at this house. We have other properties that can accommodate RVs and large trucks.
