Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in Riverside; a vibrant neighborhood located just minutes from downtown Riverside. This 3 bedroom home is the perfect place to call home during your stay in the city.

You're just a short drive from many of the city's top attractions, including Mount Rubidoux park, Mission Inn Museum, California Citrus State Historic Park and only a 7-10min drive without traffic to Downtown Riverside.

The space:

We designed this charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay!

It fits 9 guests comfortably.

3 Bedrooms: There is one king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 2 full bunk-beds. We also provide a twin/full pull out couch bed that’s stored and located in the master bedroom. Each is light, airy, clean, and comfy.

2 Full Bathrooms: Each bathroom is stocked with essentials like towels, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Living Room: There is a 50” Vizio Smart TV, a comfy sofa, and two small couches.

Kitchen: A chef’s dream! Equipped with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, spices, and all cooking essentials.

There are 3 spaces for parking in the driveway allocated to this unit. ***EV Charger: charge your vehicle from the convenience of the house with our Level 2 Fast Charge. Please let me know if you would like to use this amenity so it is ready for your use. There is a fee of $25 dls per day.

Excellent location, layout and hosts!

Very clean and bright, excellent location with accommodating and responsive hosts. Great space for kids with games provided and a large backyard area. Beautiful, spacious, and modern kitchen, comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this house for a family.

Great place!

I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO homes and this is one of the cleanest and nicest homes we have stayed at. Really clean bathrooms, everything seemed to be upgraded. Kitchen was fully stocked and loved the outside patio area(with grill). Great location in Riverside - safe neighborhood near major highways and very close to downtown Riverside. Would definitely stay here again if we have to travel to the Riverside area!

This home is a true gem! It is so clean, comfortable, convenient and fun! Rosie was always responsive to any questions I had and she made everything so easy! Definitely will plan on staying at this location again.

Cozy Getaway

It’s a beautiful home away from home… very clean, comfortable & beautiful aesthetics (inside & outside), quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to rest and rejuvenate as a family in this wonderful space. Host communication was helpful, easy and smooth. I would rebook again in the future.

Beautiful, well maintained home in nice neighborhood. Great communication from owner. This is one of the nicest homes I've stayed in! Everything you need and then some. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! Absolutely beautiful and very comfortable!!

Perfect Place to Gather

This Riverside rental was the perfect place to gather. My parents and their four adult children and oldest grandchild stayed here while in town for a memorial celebration. The open family room and kitchen area was the perfect place to gather with other family members who were also in town. The backyard space was our favorite! There is plenty of seating, games and a gas fire pit to enjoy as well as a magnificent lemon and an orange tree from where we ate fresh fruit. The rental was perfectly clean and very well stocked. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay.

Bridal Shower/Party and Wedding Prep

My daughter and all her bridesmaids stayed to have a small bachelorette party and prep the next day for her wedding. The house was completly perfect and very accurately represented on the website. Great Property and Excellent Host

We stayed at this VRBO in Riverside for 5 nights. There were 4 adults and 2 children under 4. Everything about this rental was as advertised. The house was clean with lots of amenities! We especially liked the attention to detail for the kids. There was bunk beds, pack-n-play, high chair, books, games and toys - all very new. Our Host relayed information regarding check-in in a timely manner, and was very prompt with responses to our questions. We spent a lot of time outside on back patio, which also had games for kids and adults. There was a bonus - lemon and orange trees in the back yard! If we ever get back to the Riverside area we would definitely consider this place again. Thanks again for being part of our wonderful vacation. Jim and Sue S.

Amazing….

The home was as pictured. They added a personal message board to welcome me for my 50th birthday. We had six people that stayed at the home and about 10 more family members that came by to celebrate with me. Including 3 children under the age of 10. They enjoyed playing games that are available at the house. The location was perfect for shopping. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful and peaceful. We were able to enjoy a quiet walk through the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. The property managers were wonderful to work with. The husband has a kind spirit. We got to enjoy fresh lemon and orange from the trees in the backyard. The home is everything a family needs to enjoy a small family gathering and lots of relaxing.
